You will occupy an entirely independent floor of this house built on the Bertheaume cliff.

The living area offers you an exceptional setting overlooking the sea, combining a comfortable lounge space with three armchairs, a coffee table and a television, as well as a dining area with a table and four chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen with hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave and coffee maker.

The bedroom with the same sea view has a 160 cm double bed and a wardrobe.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a vanity unit.

The toilets are separate.

Outside, a balcony and terrace surround the accommodation, allowing you to fully enjoy the panorama and savour every moment facing the sea. It is equipped with a table with two chairs and two deckchairs.

A private staircase leads you directly to the beach in just a few moments.
