Private entrance to your room, the house is near the beach at the end of the famous Seaside Prom on 12th st. Your unit has its own bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, work station and accent chair to relax. Just to clarify, we DoNot serve breakfast.

Couple's weekend away

We had a little confusion at first about where our room was, but the owner helped direct us up the stairs. Even though the room was a part of a larger house, it didn't feel like it. We had plenty of room for the two of us and spent most of our days out exploring. A couple of small suggestions to make things even better for guests would be to add a fan during the hotter summer days. Overall, a lovely stay!

Very nice

Enjoyed our stay! Like the location so close to the Prom. Not far from downtown. I would rent again if it were not for the steps up to our room. I knew about it ahead of time but my husband did struggle with them. Highly recommend this home.

Clean, affordable and super close to the beach.

We visited for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. It was a very short walk to the beach, comparatively cheap, and about a 15 min walk to the town center. Overall a very sweet experience.

Sweet Seaside location

A nice remodel for a beach-adjacent locale. This room doesn't include a full view of the shore from its window, but it is very close to the beach. Also, it was about a 10 minute walk to the main drag. The room is spacious and clean. The standing shower is super. The Roku TV was a nice convenience as well. There isn't AC, but on our warm summer night, the room was airy and comfortable. Theresa was responsive to all of our messages. She made us feel very welcome and it was clear that she wanted us to have everything we needed.
