Great property located within walking distance of the hustle and bustle of Old Town yet just far enough away for a quiet night’s sleep! Condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a quick stay. The pool was easily accessible and not overcrowded! Great communication with the property manager, Bart. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property!

The location was great. So close to the airport, stores and restaurants. Walked in the condo and first thing we saw was a rug and bowl on the floor to collect dripping water from the AC. Smelled slightly moldy. Over all cleanliness. Just the floors was dirty We was just steps from the pool which was great. Was provided with many cleaning products ( hand soap and shampoo ), just not dish soap. The beds were extremely hard for my families liking.

Nice condo, clean, well maintained, great location. Unfortunately the fob for access to the pool areas was not left for us at check in. 4 texts to property manager over 24 hours went unanswered. Eventually contacted property owner via vrbo and fob was delivered, unfortunately no pool area access for 1/2 our trip by that time.

Great place, could use a touch of TLC mostly in the master bath.Only big concern was the decorative curtains for the sliding door that offered zero late night privacy. The screen for the porch helps som, but I still made eye contact with a neighbor from the sofa.

Note: air conditioning is not available after 31Oct Pros: Great location - could easily walk to Sprouts Grocery, restaurants and shops Outdoor sitting area for morning coffee Comfortable beds Well stocked kitchen Covered parking close to unit Efficient washer/dryer in unit Cons: Not easily able to find unit based on address provided as entrance is off Parkway Dr (not E Camelback) Limited toiletries compared to past VRBO experiences (i.e. no coffee, no lotion for a very dry climate! Only 5 washcloths for 5 nights for family of 4) No blanket for use on sofa or sitting outside No access to A/C (only an issue one night due to warmer temps; otherwise using screened back door and windows in evening with cooler temps worked fine)
