Charming 2br/2.5br condo located on Harbor Island. Fully equipped kitchen, with a dining area for 6, and outdoor dining area for 4. Both bedrooms have private en suite bathrooms and are both located upstairs.
Beach access boardwalks are located next to the building, which means the beach is just a short walk away.
Harbor Island community pools, kiddie pools, fitness center, and racquetball courts are all available to you during your stay.
The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.
Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
** Please note there is enough parking for up to 2 vehicles at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned for Cedar Reef Villas **
Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00.
