WELCOME!!! Come check out our 2900sqft 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 1 bonus room/play room single family home approximately 1 mile from the Oxford Square and 2 miles from the Ole Miss Campus. Back patio with 2 charcoal grills, great for entertaining. Dining room, breakfast nook, 2 living rooms, and large upstairs bonus room/play room with couches, pool table, treadmill, and stationary bike.

Close to Campus and Square

A group of parents stayed at this property for parent's weekend. This was perfect for our needs. It has everything you need for a comfy weekend and it's a short UBER to the square and campus. The owner was very good with communication as well. I would definitively stay here again.

Cute house but dirty

The house was as advertised and served our family well. The house has plenty of seating, comfortable beds, and TV with full apps. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. Unfortunately, it was exceptionally dirty when we arrived-food crumbs in the microwave, fingerprints on windows and throughout kitchen, dirt on the floors, urine around the base of the master toilet, and hair in the tub. The lack of cleanliness definitely took some wind out of our sails. Also, there is no closet or drawer space. The owner left some metal racks to hang clothes, just make sure to bring your own hangars. If the house had been clean, I would have given this a four star rating as again, the house was well laid out and owner easy to work with.

We apologize that this was not to your liking. We have the house professionally cleaned before each visit, after we leave. We have NEVER had any complaints on the cleanliness of our home. Some of the mess could have possible been from the party that was thrown with 20+ people present. Many people were seen entering the home, via the ring doorbell. Cars lined the streets and neighbors complained. Listing states No Events. Again, we apologize that our cleaners did not meet your expectations. We will discuss this with them. Thank you.

Loved this property! Exactly as described. The location was really ideal for us. Close to everything but felt very private. Had a group of college kids with us and everyone had their own space. Owner was very helpful and readily available. Great trip!
