You must climb 1 flight of outdoor stairs to reach the front door of this townhouse.

Randy & Regina's place is awesome and amazing. We have stayed here numerous times and keep coming back. They are amazing hosts and are prompt at responding to our every need. Having the boat right there is great for us too, and the beds are so very comfortable - all of them. The balcony boasts such great breezes in the evening. The kids loved having the swimming pool close by as well. Thank you Randy and Regina, we will be back for sure - we appreciate you all.
The unit was very clean and comfortable. Nice ambience with lighting and lights on trees. Water was hot and pressure was strong. AC worked great. I cleaned the glass to the patio so we could see outside clearly. My only suggestion would be to add more kitchen towels and upgrade the bathroom towels. The bedding was very comfortable. Overall it really was perfect! Would highly suggest choosing this unit for your stay!
Amazing home - we love staying here - the location is superb, especially having the beach close by. The home is spacious for 8 of us and we love sitting on the balcony waving at the boats going by. Randy and Regina are great hosts.Thank you :)

Property manager needs less properties to manage and better communication
I had to call the VRBO 800 number and get our check in instructions, because I could not reach the property manager.
When we got there to put our boat in the boat slip that was LISTED in the description of the property, the lift was not usable. We called the property manager that went to the property and basically tried to get in a verbal fight with my husband. He eventually told us to go to another slip, but he failed to tell the owner of that slip that he told us to doc there. That slip owner questioned us, which was uncomfortable. All could have been avoided with good communication.
