Great apartment with a large sun balcony and a view of the Siebengebirge

The apartment is on the upper floor of a detached 2-party house, which was built in 2017. There is only one office on the ground floor of the house. The living area is 75 square meters and is divided into a cloakroom, bedroom, bathroom, open kitchen, living room and large balcony. The apartment has every comfort and is equipped with a television, high-speed internet, underfloor heating, towels and bed linen. A parking space also belongs to the apartment. In addition, there is separate access to the washing machine and dryer.
The open kitchen is modern equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, 4 plate induction cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, pots etc.
The modern bedroom is furnished with a French box spring bed and a desk
The bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, large mirror cabinet and a chest of drawers.
The living and dining area is equipped with a dining table, a pull-out sofa bed (for 2 people) and the TV. From there you get to the large balcony with a wonderful view of the Siebengebirge.
The use of towels, bed linen and internet are included.
