Perfectly situated.

This property gives you the space of a large home with close proximity to downtown Eureka. The amenities and home like atmosphere make it a return destination for our family.

Wonderful place

It’s a great place to stay close enough to Eureka Springs but far enough away to enjoy the quietness of the mountain. The house was beautiful. The kitchen is very user friendly. We had Thanksgiving and it was a very nice setup.

Eureka Springs get away

Absolutely enjoyed the house. Very clean, spacious and welcoming. Large driveway and parking area. Really nice hot tub that added to making our weekend super relaxing.

Quiet neighborhood and accessible to eureka

We love eureka springs and this location is far enough away to be peaceful. But close enough for a short drive.

Comfortable and Convenient

Well equipped kitchen. Oven needed cleaning. Hot tub was awesome after a day of walking the hills of Eureka Springs.

Family Fun Eureka Springs

The house was great one of the best stocked homes we’ve stayed at. The grill was in bad shape took some elbow grease to clean it. Remote controls missing batteries but who watches tv on vacation?

The house was great! It was very spacious and clean. The hottub was a hit! The only suggestion is that there needs to be more towels available. We were washing them daily and there were just 5 of us.

Comfortable rental in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood

The large kitchen/dining area is open to the living room and there is plenty of seating in both. The main bedroom is large with a large walk-in closet. The kitchen is definitely the best stocked I have seen in a rental. The many cabinets and drawers were filled with dishes, glasses, utensils, and all manner of cooking vessels. If I remember correctly, there was even a crockpot. They provided a few detergent packs so that we were able to do a load or two of clothes or dishes without running to the store. The location was great considering so many rentals in the area are either in the middle of Eureka Springs or much more rural. This house is walking distance to a Dollar General and gas station. There is a local supermarket a short drive away. My friends were even able to get relatively inexpensive one-week passes to a nice local gym (Wolf). We were also only a few minutes drive from one of the many docks/marinas on the lake. The neighborhood itself is sort of inside the golf course, so watch out for golf carts and people walking. There are only two very minor things that you may or may not see as drawbacks. The two queen beds are very high off the ground, which may be an issue if you are traveling with smaller children. I am 5'4" and the top of the mattress was about at my waist level. We did not find a stepstool. There is also one key in the lockbox instead of a code-based lock or multiple keys. This could be an issue if you have groups headed in different directions.
