The modern holiday house / villa Claudia is fantastically located and offers a remarkable and charming sea view.
Due to the spacious and modern design, the cottage offers space for up to 8 people. On the upper floor there are kitchen, WC, cloakroom, living and dining room and a covered terrace with dining table.
Below are the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet, and an additional large sun terrace.
Another level below is the large pool with loungers, an outdoor shower, and 2 storage rooms, which for example. To provide space for your bikes.
In order to use the inviting pool and sun terrace extensively sun screens and umbrellas and beach chairs in sufficient numbers available. From the bottom floor you can go down a few steps to the garden and to the barbecue house with barbecue and sink.
