It was a great stay for a couples weekend getaway - good central location & clean. Each room having an en-suite was nice. Worked very well for our group.
We had a low-key bachelorette party here. The townhome was perfect. It was well stocked with cookware, dishes, and soap products. We all appreciated the ensuite bathroom and spacious closets. Weather didn't permit use of the rooftop patio but the views were amazing. This is only 3 miles from downtown and a perfect place to stay.
The townhouse was great. Only thing to be aware of is that are A LOT of stairs. We had two 80 year olds with us, they were able to do the stairs but it's something to consider. Otherwise it is in a good location and met all of our needs.
The perfect spot for my bachelorette trip! There are a lot of stairs but I think thatâs to be expected in this area. It wasnât a huge issue for my group of girls. The code we were given didnât work on arrival but the property manager was quick to respond and get it resolved. Very clean and felt safe in the area! There was plenty of room for all of us in the bedrooms and common areas. The rooftop with the view of the city was amazing to gather at and hang out as a large group. Would stay here again for sure in the future!
We enjoyed our stay. Home is well-appointed and spacious. While it was just four of us, this is a great place for two families or a large group of friends. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Must be ok with stairs as there are four flights total when going from garage to rooftop but we liked the exercise. There are about 20 units in this complex and others nearby with lots of activity on Fri and Sat night but noise was reasonable. Host was very helpful and responsive during our visit. Neighborhood is definitely on upswing with lots of new buildings and hotels. Highly recommend for families with teens or adults.

Family girls trip. The unit took a little to find. The two-car garage is not wide, but deep enough we fit both a Honda Odessey, and Ford Explorer. Our unit was right next to the dumpsters which was a little stinky by the garage, but luckily, we weren't down there much. The unit was big enough for all of us (8 people), and at first look it was nice. The unit wasn't as clean as other places we have stayed at. Couch pillows had feathers sticking out. Rug under the kitchen table was curled up on one end, and we all kept tripping on it. Frig wasn't very cold or clean. We went to make dinner that night, and noticed the kitchen wasn't fully stocked. Alot of the pots & pans were very used and didn't look the best. Plenty of dishes, bowls, cups, and silverware, but everything else was slim. Trying to make eggs in the morning we couldn't find a spatula, or a pan we felt even safe to use. Only 1 wash cloth/dish towel. It said Queen beds, but looked like doubles (they were comfy though). It rained on and off the whole weekend. The roof top deck was unusable due to that since the cushions were left. Might be a good idea to have a container. The fake green rug up there is worn, and pieces laying around. It was a very hot weekend, but we did use the grill. Would be nice to have some shade especially around the grill. The front of the unit had a lot of spider webs, and a dirt walkway in the rain not ideal. Thank you for the stay, but we probably won't be back.
The condo was a near perfect fit for our family visit to Nashville. The condo was clean, well-appointed and had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to fit our group. The view from the rooftop patio was spectacular. Communicating with the owners was easy and checking in and out was very straightforward. The location was convenient to our activities (Centennial Park, Vanderbilt and Downtown). The only drawback were the numerous stairs, but the stairs were only a minor problem. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the Nashville area.
I grew up in NYC. I came to middle Tennessee over 20 years ago. I went to Columbia State College in Columbia and currently live in Franklin. Middle Tennessee is particularly meaningful to me. She is located in a hilly area, with mountains and water, and rich tourism resources. I have been to many places and lived in many states. I prefer to live in Nashville and the surrounding areas.
Why they chose this property
I know Nashville pretty well and I chose this house because of its central location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the quiet suburbs. Only a few minutes away from the downtown, the house is located on a hill, you can watch the view including downtown and midtown, our terrace is perfect for watching the night view.
What makes this property unique
Because she is a sunshine state, winters are short and not too cold, summers are not too hot, and there are four distinct seasons. Because Tennessee is located in the Bible Belt, people are hospitable, there is no state income tax, and it is directly bordered or close to the thirteen states, so many companies have moved their headquarters in, and many companies have also been attracted. Nashville has grown rapidly, has surpassed Memphis, and its population has jumped. Ranked first in the state. As we all know, Nashville has a developed music industry, recording records, music schools, live performances and more.
