THIS IS THE ONLY REAL AND VERIFIED LISTING OF THIS PROPERTY.

Brand new villa with the best luxury design, mixed with a modern and tropical feel.

Offers a full kitchen for the use of guests and a full kitchen in the back for staff and chef. As you walk into the villa you will immediately find two of the bedrooms to your right. As you continue down the open hallway where you can enjoy the beautiful blue skies from the open sky light you will find the other 3 bedrooms and indoor/outdoor concept living room. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom, closet, Smart TV and WIFI.

As you pass through the living room you will find the den and half bathroom that is open concept, where you can close the pocket doors and enjoy a peaceful movie or book.
If you continue through the house you will find the indoor dining area, where you can also open all the doors to allow the fresh breeze to blow through.

A large patio with an amazing outdoor pool and heated jacuzzi to enjoy with the family or with friends. Brand new BBQ area, for the grill lovers, and a beautiful outdoor seating area for you to enjoy your breakfast, lunches or dinners. Recently added gazebo, where you and your guests can enjoy meals and watching a show.

The villa includes a chef, butler, 2 full-time housekeepers(8am-4pm daily) and gardener/villa supervisor. Available for daily personal laundry, gardening, villa maintenance etc.

This villa has everything you need to enjoy your vacation: linens, towels, soap, detergent and all kitchen supplies. Renters will be responsible for the purchase of food and beverages.

This exquisite luxury villa is walking distance to the famous Minitas Beach and Beach Club, (7-10minutes), The Marina (5 minute golf cart ride) and Altos de Chavon (15 minute golf cart ride).

Golf Carts are not included in this villa.

RESORT FEE: Not included is a resort fee charged per day by Casa de Campo for use of amenities (see attached photo in the listing photos for detailed description) and payment is collected upon arrival to the resort on the day of your check-in.

Beautiful villa with wonderful staff!The property is spacious, perfect for entertaining, and very well equipped. The only suggestions I would make—none of which affected our enjoyment—would be to warm the pool a bit since it was very cold, and check the hot water in the two bathrooms on the right side of the house (the ones closest to the pool), as the hot showers weren’t working properly during our stay. Overall this property is absolutely a must stay!

Thank you for your review. Happy you enjoyed your time! I wish we were made aware of the issue with the hot water in the shower to have been given the chance to fix the issue as soon as possible for you. 99% of pools in Casa de Campo are not heated but we do have a great heated jacuzzi.

It was an excellent stay. Staff were great and chef was amazing! The food and service were great! Communication was great too. The home is very aesthetic. The jacuzzi at night was our favorite spot. AC in the bedrooms, dinning, kitchen and movie room. Living room and foyer are open to outside circulation of natural air.

The home and the staff were wonderful. The house was newly renovated and quite comfortable. Location was excellent, centrally located so easy to get to all the hot spots. Looking forward to another stay.

"Dolce vita" was an absolutely wonderful stay. The house was clean and beautiful. Very relaxing pool, hot tub, and outdoor areas. Super comfortable indoors and easy for the kids. The staff was great - Oscar was very welcoming, and helped us with meals, which were absolutely delicious. Location is great about 5-10 minute golf cart ride to the beach and 10-15 to the hotel/kids club. Vanessa was super responsive and helped us get everything set up. Great stay, highly recommended!

Memorable Family Trip

We had a great Thanksgiving trip to Casa de Campo. The house was fabulous and in a great location. It had great spaces both indoors and out. The staff were friendly and great. Vanessa was very helpful and responsive in providing information and arranging what we needed. Would definitely recommend this property!

most magical weekend

los lagos 49 was everything and more we could have asked for. starting with vanessa, who was so responsive and helpful with planning our stay. the entire staff was friendly, hard working and attentive. the chef was excellent - the food far exceeded our expectations and the presentation of our daily meals was beautiful. the house is just perfect!

Week stay with large family

We just stayed with a large family group and the house and yard were perfect! The staff, especially Oscar and the Benny, made everything even better! Benny’s meals were delicious- we should have eaten dinner and lunch at home more often! Oscar’s margaritas were amazing! Vanessa answered very quickly with any question. The pool is great but in the shade so was chilly- A pool heater would be our only thought of improvement. We definitely would love to stay here again!

Great Family Vacation

Our stay was excellent. I can't say enough great things about the staff. Oscar made the best drinks and Felipe made the best food. The house staff took care of everything! Also, the property manager Vanessa could not have been any better. We had a lost baggage from the airline and she made arrangements to have it delivered the next day. Stunning modern house in an ideal location

This house is absolutely beautiful with a sleek modern design. Many nicely appointed bedrooms that could have easily accommodated a larger group than our family of five. The staff is great and very accommodating. Chef Felipe is very good. We had him cook us breakfast and lunch every day, and dinner one night. We ate out the other nights, but honestly, the dinner Felipe made for us was the best we had all week. The host Vanessa went over the top to accommodate us, helping with reservations, and answering our questions quickly. We will definitely stay here again.

Paradise!!!

From check-in to check-out, this property exceeded all expectations. Breathtaking villa, my family and I had the most amazing time! Totally private and modern. The staff were all very friendly. Every meal Felipe, the chef, made was outstanding. We loved the openness of the villa and the amazing pool and water features. The fact that we were 3 minutes away from the beach made this property far surpass anywhere else we’ve stayed in the past. We had such an amazing time in a stunning property. Beds were all so comfy and having en-suite bathrooms was a plus!

Stunning location and service

Beautiful space with a fantastic support staff to help us have a comfortable stay. Oscar was the consummate house manager, offering better service than the local restaurants. Felipe’s cooking was comparable to any chef in town and great for our group/preferences. We loved this place and hope to come back. Be aware that the main living room is open, as the front entrance has an open roof. So it’s hot in the living room in summer (fairly unusable for us). But the media room, bedrooms, and dining areas were all closed off with AC, so it was quite comfortable.

Stunning and amazing Villa

We have been in casa de campo many times and must say that this villa is at the top of our list. It’s like your own oasis surrounded by tropical gardens and an incredible pool surrounding the house. The villa is super contemporary and beautifully decorated. Chef Felipe’s meals were outstanding and Raysa and the rest of the staff did a fantastic job and we’re very accommodating. Family trip

My family and I just returned from a wonderful week at this property. The house was beautiful, with enough space to be all together and equally enough space for everyone to work/read/rest/play on their own. The pictures do not show all the beautiful touches and the thoughtful layout that make this a great place for a diverse group. Although the house was fabulous, our vacation would not have been as fun without the dedicated staff. Each meal was carefully planned by chef Felipe who took all of our considerations. Oscar, the service coordinator, was always available but never intrusive. He was a true delight and was adored by everyone, especially my mom. His drinks are delicious (margaritas are now "Oscaritas") and his gracious nature made us all feel at home. The two housekeepers were thorough and kind, allowing my children to "help" and keeping our space tidy and laundry clean. Vanessa, our host, was helpful and responsive, providing us with information and coordinating all the services we had requested. My family and I travel every year together and this has been our favorite trip in many, many years. Thanks to all for a wonderful time.

A piece of Heaven on Earth!

Where do I begin…this villa is absolutely stunning! I stayed here for my 50th Birthday celebration with 9 other guest. Everyone was WOWED by the beauty of this villa. The furniture is very modern, chic and super comfortable. The only draw back is that the foyer and main sitting area is literally open to the outside for excessive heat, mosquitos and flys. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned and comfortable when the air is not pre-set to be turned off. Our first two days, we were extremely hot and fanning due to the air flow being regulated and turned completely off. After having a conversation with the owner, she assured me that they will pre-cool the house before we arrive back from our daily outings. She lived up to her word for the bedrooms, but the dining and one of the side sitting areas were always extremely hot for longer than we desired. We survived, but just be aware and have a discussion before booking this villa. The staff is SUPERB! This villa came equipped with a Chef, Maid and Butler. They were awesome! Raysa (the butler) served drinks daily, and she had some of the most beautiful place settings and food presentation for the table. It was also a plus that she spoke English. This allowed us to dialogue so that she could understand our needs. OMG!!!!The Chef! He made some very tasty dishes. He was very accommodating for allowing me to add additional guest to the meal preparation for 1 day. I can’t say anything but beautiful things about how accommodating he was to a food allergy, changing of time for meals and helping us with other request. Isabella(maid), she kept clean towels in the bathrooms and the house refreshed daily. She was always smiling and being very polite. Jossue (house manager), was a bit of of a sour-puss with his demeanor, but he was very accommodating when we did request pool cleaning and other small task. The owner of this villa was very accommodating to my many request and bookings as well. . Overall, I give this villa a 5 star rating with very minor corrections.

It was an absolute pleasure having you and your guests stay at our villa! Our staff really enjoyed your time here. The staff is told to turn off the air conditioners when not in use or guests are out for the day. They now know to make sure they are turned on an hour before guests arrive back at the villa. August in the Dominican Republic is one of the hottest months of the year and this villa and so many others are open concept for that Caribbean feel and breeze. We don’t know where to begin… the home is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous… not just the architecture but the interior appointments, beautiful landscaping, and incredible pool/exterior living space. Oscar and the entire staff were amazing. The FOOD!! Oh, the FOOD!! Better than most restaurants!! Any questions we had were answered immediately by Vanessa. The home is so well cared for and there is a lot of pride with the staff. The only downfall would be that we couldn’t stay longer!!! This home and all that comes with it is an 11 out of 10!!

Modern luxury tropical paradise

It was our first time in casa de campo and we had a great time. We absolutely loved how modern, new and spacious the villa was. The staff was so amazing. Fillipe’s meals were more than we expected. We were able to walk to the beach for how close it is and then we would end our day being by the pool and hot tub. Vanessa was so easy to deal with. She did an amazing job looking after my family. We already booked another stay here for the spring.

Paradise right at your doorstep!

What an experience! This was our first time in the Dominican Republic and it exceeded our expectations. The house was absolutely amazing, open concept, modern and super comfortable. The pool and hot tub area was like being in your own oasis. The staff was fantastic, respectful and always so kind. Oh and Fillipe’s meals, were over the top, 10/10. We all agreed to come back soon and for sure book this villa for much longer next time.

Amazing Villa & Perfect Location!

Amazing and beautiful villa! The staff were all great and very attentive to us throughout our stay and the chef did some amazing meals. Location was great, as it is walking distance to the beach and close to everything. The villa was very clean and spotless. My husband and i had a fantastic time and highly recommend this villa.
