We came here for our anniversary and thus cabin exceeded our expectations! So perfect for a couple! Everything was clean and updated nicely, and the bed was very comfortable!Definitely plan to be back for longer than just one night!
We LOVED butterfly ridge! the cabins were easy to find, clean and very spacey and pretty on the inside. hard to get ahold of host at first but once we did she responded quickly and answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. hot tub was AMAZING as well
Clean, up to date, and very comfortable from the bed, to the hot tub. Only negative, the shower goes from hot hot to warm the whole time. Also not the greatest communication.
Perfect for a couple to stay. The bed was a little firmer than we liked but it was cozy. Enjoyed the hot tub and the amenities the cabin offered. Directions were easy to follow. Communication with host was quick and easy
This was a great get away for my girlfriend and I and all around great experience. The bed was a little hard to sleep on but, besides that it was a great stay I would definitely recommend and come back
Everything was perfect. Comfortable and clean! Everything you need for a great getaway.

Cabin was as expected
Communication with property manager left a little to be desired. Check in instructions need to be sent a little in advance. It all worked out and we enjoyed our stay.
We have a beautiful time, only problem that we have was I did not receive e mail with lock door number, but we solved that issue without any problem . We had good time .
We arrived to the cabin on a Friday staying until Sunday and were very satisfied with how well it met our expectations. Everything was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Be aware, the roads going into the cabin area are gravel and dirt so I'm sure they are quite interesting to traverse in rainy or snowy weather. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
So overall I would say this was a good stay, if this place costed $120 a night. There was a lot that we had to figure out ourselves, the hot tub was warm all night not necessarily hot until the morning. The area around the fire pit was not kept up with at all, I thought we were going to be more isolated but we weren’t. I don’t think this was worth what we paid for at all, I could get camper and go camping for much cheaper than what we paid for. All together , more communication , and less money spent would have made this a great getaway.
Lane going to cabin was not good at all , a lot of mud , did not like the wood fire place , thought it was gas , so it smelled like smoke inside , cabin was very clean , thought price was high for the amenities, overall not a bad experience just would not rent again
Long and needed weekend getaway! The cabin is very cute and clean. We had a short delay in getting in contact with the owner for the appropriate key code, but VRBO assisted with that. The only other issue we had was that the charcoal grill on the premises was not useable. Other than that we were very satisfied! The cabin is about 25-30 minutes away from a lot of the main site seeing activities but we did not mind the drive. Pizza Crossing in Logan is delicious and we highly recommend zip lining with Canopy Tours!

Cute cabin, lacking in communication/customer service
To start, I did not receive the check in information through vrbo when I was supposed to, so I had to text to get it a few hours before check in. Once we arrived at the cabin we booked on vrbo, we tried the code only to find out there was another couple in our cabin. We tried to contact the property manager first, however she said she was at an event and gave us a separate number that did not answer calls or messages until 30 minutes later. I explained that we were waiting outside for what ended up being about 40 minutes until we got a cabin and the correct code for it. The inside is very cute with plenty of privacy. The downsides were old food on the dishes from the previous people and dirt/mud on the floor still. There was also trash out by the fire pit on the ground that we cleaned up as well as the deck lights not working which was pretty disappointing. I also never received the check out instructions so I had to text to recieve those as well. Definitely would have appreciated some acknowledgment on her part about the lack of communication during the whole check in process.
When we placed our booking it took a couple attempts to reach property manager for code to unlock door. We were a bit worried, but relieved once we got response day of arrival.
We arrived around 5:30pm, used the code that was provided and flabbergasted to find someone else’s open bag on the bed and clothing on the floor. We quickly shut the door and placed outreach to the property manager.
After a couple calls we called an alternate contact that was provided on the primary property contact’s voicemail box message. We were finally able to connect with someone, named Pam, whom verified we were the ones that were suppose to be there and she was uncertain why someone else’s belongings were in room.
We were provided with the option to either sit there and “wait and see” or to stay in a “nearly identical cabin” 2 doors down. Not wanting to wait and see what we may encounter, or waste vacation time, we decided to take the alternate cabin.
We were provided with a different code for the alternate cabin. The cabin was clean enough but the bathroom toilet wasn’t properly cleaned. The hot tub had an error code “ec” and was noted to have lots of foaming bubbles with either pubic hair or chest hair floating on top.
We were uncomfortable not knowing if someone else may use a code and enter into our alternate cabin. We were hesitant to leave for supper but again didn’t want to waste vacation time. For safety, we slid a dresser in front of the door while sleeping.
My husband and I stayed there for our 35th anniversary!!! It was very peaceful and quiet! We visited some nearby activities!! It was very enjoyable would we recommend it!!

Nice cabin, poor communication
The cabin is just as advertised. Some of the dishes looked dirty but overall it was very nice. Our only real complaint was the lack of communication from the property owner. I messaged 3 seperate times asking for information and check in instructions with no response. I finally hsd to call the property directly snd all they gave us was a curt response with the door code and no other instructions
