Designed to embrace indoor-outdoor living, multiple terraces extend the living
living space outward, while below, a private resort-style setting awaits. The custom saltwater pool and spa—complete with sun shelf and lap area—create the perfect setting for relaxing or returning from a day on the sand. This area of St Pete Beach is historic and very serene—not crowded with spring breakers or rowdy groups. Located in a beautiful neighborhood, you will find fun, active living where tranquility abounds. Wonderful restaurants, water activities, biking and walking options. Or just sit poolside or on the porches and watch the birds! Short two blocks to be on the beach and watch the waves roll in and the spectacular sunsets. Maximum of 6 guests for the entire stay . Smoking and pets are not allowed .

We recently sold our smaller home in Pass A Grille and ungraded to this gem right across the street from our previous home to enjoy without concerns a about flooding and to share with others. Pure delight in new construction in a one of a kind beach neighborhood!
