We spent several days. Great location as it is close to bike trails, Garden City, marina and grocery store and of course the lake. The home had ample space for our group of 35 people. The home was clean, kitchen stocked with all the needed appliance, and it provided a great spot for a family reunion. Thanks for a Great time!
We had a large group[ and this accommodated perfectly. We had plenty of room and the accommodations were excellent. I would certainly recommended this home to those with large families.
This home was perfect for our family reunion. It was well stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of room for everyone and a great yard for outdoor games. We had a great time and look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended!
Our family had a great time there, the place was perfect! Brian the property manager was very prompt to help us with anything we needed... by far the best service of any place I've ever stayed! I highly recommend this place to anyone going to bear lake!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very nice, spacious, with plenty of space for our family with room to spare. The location was great for easy access to the main part of town and the beaches.
This is our third year in a row at Bear Lake. With some grandchildren now married and a baby, we had to move to a bigger place. There was room for everyone and plenty to do.
The property exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and comfortable for our large group. We loved all the dining space and fridge space which made feeding a large group a breeze. There were plenty of “extras” like games, bikes, and more. Would definitely stay again.
Lots of beds but more bunk beds or twin beds would have been nice for kids. Also some play equipment for kids would be great. It is a very spacious home with lots of group space and large kitchen. It was very clean and all living necessities available ie. appliances and linens.
Stayed here for family reunion and this place was amazing. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cooking appliances, plates, etc. Beds were very comfortable. Very responsive property manager. It was a great experience in every way. Thank you!
The home was beautiful, clean, and well kept. And the lawn was well groomed. The only issue was that we could have used one more bathroom, with the size of our group.
We were very pleased with the accommodations- the bedrooms were spacious and well appointed. We were especially impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was- three crockpots, two electric griddles, two electric frying pans. Don’t bring plates, utensils, glasses-there are enough here. Thanks for a great stay!
We held a weekend retreat here for 31 women! Our 2 favorite things were the huge gathering room where we could all fit and meet. And the oversized dining room for our meals together. It was clean, comfortable and exactly what we hoped for! No bunkbeds! The only drawback was there was only one bathroom downstairs. Great home!
The home has bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, and living space to comfortably comfortably accommodate our family of 30. The large TV on the main level and theater style projector on the basement level was well used. The dining facilities are accessible and plentiful. The children and adults enjoyed the hot tub. Water sports, hiking, rope course and biking entertained our family throughout our stay. The caretaker was very responsive to any of our needs.
My family of 30 people stayed at this house comfortably. There was plenty of space to eat, play, and hang out. The house had better AC, water, and was cleaner than the other places we have tried so far.
If I could only change one thing it would have been the backyard. While it was large and we had a lot of fun on it, unfortunately, it wasn't as good as we had hoped. There is some standing water right next to the volleyball net and so we had to fish our balls out of it a few times and it meant there were more bugs than we're used to seeing on our trips to Bear Lake.
Still our favorite trip to Bear Lake so far and we will check its availability for our future trips
We come every year to beautiful Bear Lake and stay in some great homes. This is a home I would stay in again if the chance comes. The homes is beautifully decorated and felt nice. I would say some of the furnishings/fixtures were definitely on the cheap end with some bathrooms not having toilet paper holders and others coming out of the wall. We had some issues with the fire pit but the property manager came quickly and did his best to get a fire, and when it didn't work he offered to build a fire for us. This home has lots of space to spread ut and feel like everyone had their own space. One of the rooms (the one right off the front door) is Very small for a king bed and does not have a closet attached having our guest need to put their things on the couch just outside the room, not a huge deal but something to note. I loved that this house didn't just say they had beds for so many heads only to be a million bunk beds, this house has no bunk beds and that was really nice for a change. The lawn and yard were also super nice and not something I have had at alot of properties in bear lake. Overall this home is really nice and a great place to stay.
This would be so fun in the summer! Winter was great.
Our group of 4 families and 3 singles (a mix of 17 adults and children) stayed here for several days mid-December. We loved the accommodations--plenty of bedrooms, with many generously-sized walk-in closets that easily double as a separate space for a baby in a portable crib.
There was plenty of parking right outside the front door, and it was nice to have access to garage parking in the winter. Additionally, from here it's easy access to the main road through town, which in turn has easy access to skiing at Beaver Mountain Ski Area a mere 20 minutes away. That's why we came.
We can't speak to local amenities because we came fully prepared for our time here, and appreciated the ample pantry, fridge, and freezer space. The well-stocked kitchen made it easy to prep, serve, and clean up meals, and we loved the adjacent dining room with plenty of space for us all, but also utilized the island seating and kitchen dining table when that made more sense. There were even plastic dishes for kids--a very nice touch.
The hot tub was amazing after a day of skiing. But the best part was the three giant family rooms that made it easy for everyone to have a spot while we talked and played games at night.
I've never been to this part of Utah before and was pleasantly surprised. I think a summer vacation at this property would be fun, with its beautiful back yard, fun deck spaces, lots of outdoor toys, and proximity to mountains and lake. I would definitely return to this property.
