Our one-bedroom apartment is located in Cherry Grove Beach district, just a walking distance from the beach.

It's perfectly located to explore the best of North Myrtle Beach, with plenty of dining and entertainment options.

The apartment is great for a perfect escape for both business and leisure travelers, whether for a long weekend or longer.

This apartment allows guests to bring a maximum of two pets.

The pool is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Please note there is no glass allowed, children must be accompanied by an adult +18 and no pets are allowed in the pool area.

Very bad

Not clean no hot water looked nothing like the pictures. Didn’t have a tv remote the management doesn’t answer back we didn’t even stay one night very very bad would not recommend this place to nobody

Major Disappointment

I was under the impression that the property was a duplex. I knew from the description it would be on the smaller size which was fine. Upon arrival, turns out there are 15 units, the building was run down, and not well maintained. After seeing the room abd the pool, it was clear that filters were put on the photos for the listing to make the space seem bigger. The furniture was old and not maintained. The headboard on the bed was loose, cabinets broken in the bathroom, the microwave had a short in it, the air conditioners leaked, and there was no iron/board as described in the listing. The bed was as hard as a rock. The sinks didn’t drain well and we were extremely disappointed in our stay abd definitely will not be staying here again.

Waste of Time and Money - I NEED MY REFUND

Short and simple - this company and VIAGEM DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR GUESTS and will leave you stranded. They double booked us, never notified us and left us stranded without helping our situation at all. The worst communication and customer service I’ve ever experienced. We showed up to the property at 10pm, as planned, without any indication that someone else would already be staying in the apartment we booked. We had no where to go! The only response from this company was “sorry, we double booked you and don’t have a place for you to stay - we will send you a refund in 10 business days”. No offer to reconcile our immediate issues that they caused! Again, this was after we travelled hundreds of miles and arrived at night. We were forced to spend tons of money to stay somewhere else. Plain and simple: VIAGEM does not care about their customers let alone bother to communicate with them. I NEED MY REFUND!
