Perfect both for couples and families with children, the holiday apartment Ostia Lido is located on the fourth floor – with elevator- of a palace of the second half of the 20th century.

The apartment, recently refurbished, is 85 square meters, with two bedrooms: one of 20 square meters and another of 25 square meters. There is a living room provided, as well as a kitchenette and one bathroom.

The first bedroom has a queen-size bed (160X200), a comfortable sofa bed in French style (140X200) and an LED TV. The second bedroom has two single beds and a comfortable sofa (160X200) and one LED TV.

The kitchenette is furnished with an electric oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes and pots, while the bathroom has a shower, WC, bidet, sink, hair dryer and washing machine.

The apartment comes with air-conditioning as well as a heat pump for the winter (also in the living room). In addition, it offers high-speed WiFi internet and central heating.
