The rooms were very cozy and the staff were extremely friendly. The area in which the hotel is situated is beautiful. The town is so nice, great for walking with lots of shops and a huge selection of restaurants. I will definitely stay again, next time for a few extra days!!
The view from the balcony was amazing. Nice big room and very nice shower. Nice that it is located within walking distance of nice shops and restaurants. Highly recommend
I stayed in a King Room at the Niagara Crossing Hotel & Spa. The room was just as advertised—clean and comfortable, though a little outdated in style. While I didn’t use the spa, I did try the breakfast, which was adequate and convenient to have on-site.The best part of the property is its location. It’s within walking distance to downtown Wilson, which makes it easy to explore local shops and restaurants. There’s also a beautiful river view from the front of the hotel, which adds to the charm.Overall, it’s a solid place to stay if you’re looking for a clean, convenient spot with great access to the town and river, though the rooms could use some updating.
Our room was very large and comfortable. The hotel staff are very friendly and willing to help with whatever we needed. Breakfast was great especially the bacon! Many nice restaurants and bars in walking distance. The river is beautiful. We saw bald eagles from our window. Walked to a great concert in Art Park. Area is very walkable and seems pretty safe. Would stay at the hotel again for the next concert.
Liked the complimentary full breakfast, coffee available 24 hours, large room, convenient location to town and nearby attractions. Front desk people were welcoming and very helpful when needed.
Only downside was not much bathroom sink counter space and no hair conditioner in shower. It was provided upon request however. Overall enjoyed and stay and would return without hesitation.

I was supposed to have a King Spa room with a fireplace etc. instead I received a cold, sterile “apartment”. I was not happy about it and they said they gave it to me because they were sold out. The room was not in any way, shape or form comparable to what I booked and I was still charged for a King Spa. I would never have booked an “ apartment” and am not at all pleased with my stay.
