Our family had a wonderful stay while on our ski vacation at Loon Mountain. The condo is very conveniently located, was large and very spacious, and was warm and a great place to return to after a day on the slopes. The condo is a bit dated and the kitchen could use some more updated utensils, but it was clean and served our needs very well.

My family enjoyed our stay at the Riverview condo. The condo was well equipped, and had all of our checkboxes checked. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and on the river. I would highly recommend staying here and will possibly go back in the future.

Can't beat the location - walk to South Peak!

Property was exactly as described. Only major downside is it's parking for 1 car. The location fits 8 people comfortably so you would think there would at least be 2 spots. But the photos and description are accurate, and if you're there for ski season it's like a 7 minute walk to the Timer Town lift at South Peak. Can't beat that!

Great Location for Skiing at Loon

The property was situated in a great location for access to Loon mountain. There was plenty of space for our family to engage with each other and to have their own space. The unit was stocked well but it could use a kitchen spatula and a refresh of some of the baking sheets that were past their prime). Information regarding parking options was confusing and location of trash disposal would be helpful.

Location, however would NEVER rent again, from packing tape holding a/c in place, to garbage disposal not working and smelling awful to wasting a full day waiting for call backs from Vacasa, and property manager….lesson learned
