It was a great rental! We had a wonderful family weekend there despite the rain. Make sure to check out the outbuildings to find all of the tucked away sleeping spots.

This home was perfect for our annual family reunion. The blue barn is well equipped for water sports at the beach. It is spacious and fit everyone comfortably. Their decor was a hit for everyone young and old. No doubt the family will be fighting to get it booked again next year.

The place was very nice inside, but the photos of the exterior have not been updated in a while and many things needed attention. The hot tub was not clean / the cover was disgusting, the blackstone grill was rusted and falling apart, and there were major drainage issues at the outdoor shower causing algae. There was also an ant infestation from the planter box outside the kitchen window. Even though the owner stated the landscaper was there the day we checked in, none of the leaves / debris was cleaned up in the front / backyard and everything outside was dirty. One of the AC units downstairs in the bar area did not work and was never fixed. There were a few issues like the oven not working, however the owner was very responsive which was greatly appreciated considering we had a full house. The house was stocked with beach chairs, bikes, etc. which made the beach very accessible. There also was a lot of cool memorabilia all over which gave the place a very unique vibe. The bedrooms were very nice and bar area was awesome for entertaining as it has its own ice maker. There was also a large ice maker in the laundry room which made keeping the coolers cold easy. Overall we had a great time, the location is top notch.

One of the greatest rentals I’ve ever stayed at! Beautiful place with all of the amenities that you could ask for. Host is also very flexible and is accommodating. I’d recommend this place to everyone!

Great Stay at Newly Remodeled House

This house was perfect for our group of 11 teens and adults. There was plenty of space for us and probably a few more. Everything in the house was new and top quality, and the location was great. We enjoyed the access to the bay (we rented the pontoon and brought our waverunner), and the foosball table kept the group entertained on our rainy afternoon.
