Our house is located 2 km east of the center 'Matrei am Brenner' and offers with the nearby country road an optimal mix between rural tranquility right on the edge of the forest and the nearby village center.

On 60 m² is a oasis in the 1. Floor created in the up to max. 5 people can leave the workday behind.
After an exciting day for adults and children, you can relax in our eat-in kitchen, with great
Sofa, looking forward to a common game. A wood stove gives the cozy ambience a special touch.
While someone in the fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner stove and oven, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator, a breakfast, lunch or dinner conjures up, the other guests can watch a thrilling movie, (satellite TV available) or on the Internet share their experiences with friends at home.

For your good night's sleep there are 2 separate bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed, with views of the surrounding vegetation.

In the bathroom with plenty of shower and towels, you can relax with a shower with massage jets from eventful day really.

Beautiful location!

What a wonderful experience to be able to stay in a home on the hillside in Austria! Sadly, we had only one night in this property. The views are amazing even though it was raining and foggy for our time here. Margit was so kind and welcoming. We did get lost finding it, my GPS was wrong but a kind man led us to the correct place. The home is large and very much as we expected for a home in Austria. It met our needs nicely for our family of four adults. It has a large bathroom and very fancy shower. We especially enjoyed standing on the balcony and looking at the hillside and the mist as it rose. We would definitely return and stay longer next time. Thank you Margit for such a nice stay!

Quiet location with Incredible views

This apartment was wonderful! We especially appreciated the amazing views and the lovely outdoor patio. There were brochures available with information about local activities and Margit was very helpful. We had our little dogs with us and it was a nice location for them as well. Our travel was a last-minute decision and we were extremely pleased!

Prima verblijf voor overnachting richting Italië. Wij verbleven hier met 5 personen, 2 volwassen en 3 kinderen. Groot en net appartement, met gratis Wifi! Helaas lekte wel de douche waardoor de hele badkamer blank stond. Voor een wintersport vakantie zou dit appartement ideaal zijn, pistes zijn vlakbij.
