Die Unterkunft war sehr klein mit Sperrmüllmöbeln drin...der Fernseher aus den 70ern..funktionierte auch nicht. Aber die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns einen Ersatzfernseher auf das kaputte Sofa gestellt. Das Positive: Schöner Garten mit rauschendem Bach und der Balkon... Vielleicht sollten Sie sich die Unterkünfte, die Sie vermieten mal vorher anschauen? MfG, S. Kühne

Wie auf den Fotos für jedermann vor Buchung ersichtlich, ist die Größe unseres Studios 2 erkennbar. Auch sind keine "Sperrmüllmöbel", oder ein "kaputtes" Sofa vorhanden. Der leider erst bei Bezug defekte Fernseher wurde sofort nach Hinweis durch einen großen Flachbildschirm-Fernseher ausgetauscht. Ein anderes Studio war nicht verfügbar. Wir sind über jede konstruktive Kritik oder Anregung dankbar, und können in einem persönlichen Gespräch meist abhelfen. Für unsere Leistungen mit Wäscheservice, Reinigung etc. können Sie sich anderswo keine 10 Tage erholen, sondern bestenfalls zwei bis drei Tage. Einen schönen Garten mit Terrasse und rauschendem Bergbach, sowie Sonnenterrasse, Hollywoodschaukel und Relax-Liegen (von anderen Gästen "Oberdeck" genannt), und großem Eckbalkon am Studio erhalten sie auch nicht überall entsprechend preiswert.

Excellent place and good location to many parks and hikes

The place was very cozy, and had everything we needed (stove top, fridge, cooking utensils) They left out fresh produce from their garden for anyone to take which was very nice. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking to enjoy a cozy stay in a small town in the Dolomites.

Soggiorno breve ma intenso!

Location perfetta posizione molto centrale moltissime mete raggiungibili in pochissimo tempo. I proprietari gentilissimi...appartamento caldo e accogliente, pulito e ordinato, piccolo ma ottimamente organizzato. La casa grande e isolata garantisce calma e tranquillità.

Alles gut

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage ist als Ausgangspunkt gut geeignet, man kann aber nicht vom Haus direkt loslaufen. Mit dem Auto oder ÖVM ist es nicht weit zu tollen Zielen. Allerdings handelt es sich eher um ein Zimmer als um eine Ferienwohnung. Es ist wirklich klein.

Es ist durchaus möglich vom Haus direkt loszuwandern. Über Eggen zum Karersee, nach Welschnofen, Obereggen, Rauth, Deutschnofen, bis Maria Weissenstein. Unser Angebot sind ApartmentZIMMER mit kompletter Ausstattung für einen Ferienaufenthalt.

Good place to stay on a budget

Hi I stayed here 2 nights and was a very nice place the lady at the check in was very nice and friendly the place was clean. I enjoyed staying in the mountains. I came from Canada to stay here and would stay again.
