Apartment III
The apartment III is located on the upper floor and is designed in a penthouse style with a wrap-around roof terrace, which always offers a sunbathing area from morning to evening. This apartment has a living space of approx. 80 m² (plus approx. 40 m² roof terrace) and offers generous space for 2-5 persons. There are 2 bright bedrooms, each with double beds and access to the roof terrace. Next to it is a third bedroom, which is furnished with a single bed. In addition to the fully equipped bathroom (with toilet, bath and separate shower) is another guest toilet. From the very spacious and modern, open living / dining area with fitted kitchen you reach the surrounding terrace as well as other very large, southwest-facing roof terrace with about 40 m².


The house: The house was built in 2009 in a beautiful panoramic position on a southwest slope, the 4 star apartments are new and were equipped to a high standard. So you will find in our apartments flatscreen TV with satellite TV and a hi-fi system with CD player and iPod connection, but also a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary electrical appliances. Each apartment also has a garage space and ample storage for possibly brought bikes or other recreational equipment.
All apartments have sunny, very spacious terraces or Balconies with a beautiful view (in good weather you have a view to the Alps) and invite you to relax. Of course, there are modern, comfortable sun loungers, barbecue and a beautiful garden, as well as comfortable outdoor seating. In the basement there is a spacious wellness area with fitness equipment and a sauna.

Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Abzügen

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Schmid lief einwandfrei. Auch das Einchecken hat problemlos geklappt. Leider war das Geschirr vom vorherigen Mieter nicht gerade ordentlich gespült, so dass wir erstmal alles durch die Spülmaschine laufen lassen mussten. In der Wohnung selbst ist soweit alles vorhanden. Leider ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Wenn die Kinder zum Schlafen gelegt wurden, hat man jedes einzelne Wort aus den anderen Zimmern oder aber dem Wohnzimmer gehört. Die Lage war super. Man ist zwar auf ein Auto angewiesen, dafür hat man seine Ruhe. Zusammengefasst: Für das Geld eine gute Ferienwohnung :)

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Wohnung in traumhaft ruhiger Lage vorgefunden. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Man sollte allerdings unbedingt mit dem Auto anreisen um dann in kurzer zeit die nächsten Otschaften/Städte zu erreichen. (Sehr ländlich gelegen)

Alles super

Wir durften über ein langes Wochenende diese tolle Ferienwohnung genießen. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Die Wohnungen war sehr sauber und es gab genug Geschirr, sodass man auch zwei/ drei Mahlzeiten essen konnte ohne gleich die Spülmaschine anmachen zu müssen. Abends war es Entspannung pur, in die Sauna zu gehen. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und auch gerne selbst nochmal wieder kommen.

Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Wir haben die Tage in der tollen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen und haben rein gar nichts daran auszusetzen. Hervorzuheben ist die wirklich sehr umfangreiche Küchenausstattung. Die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt, aber auch dieser Bereich sah sauber und gepflegt aus. Check-in/Check out waren unkompliziert und der Kontakt zu Frau Schmid sehr nett. Wir können mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir verbrachten 4 wunderschöne Tage in Bad Waldsee. Nach der Ankunft begrüßte uns Frau Schmidt sehr freundlich. Sie zeigte uns die Wohnung und wir waren sprachlos wie schön alles war. Der Ausblick und die ruhige Lage waren genau das was wir uns nach der Beschreibung auch vorgestellt und gewünscht hatten. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte. Selbst Spiele sind vorhanden und viel Infomaterial für Ausflüge. Jeden Abend war die Sauna ein muss. So ließ sich der Tag hervorragend ausklingen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt sehr darauf.

Abbandonati a noi stessi dalla proprietaria

Casa in bella posizione, con cucina ben attrezzata, ma: - pentole macchiate e con patina bianca di calcare - padelle unte e teglia sporca ed unta - taglieri non utilizzabili perché troppo usurati - lavastoviglie non funziona bene, lascia le stoviglie bagnate Camere comode e luminose, ma: - infissi e tapparelle sporchissimi, con sporco accumulato da tempo, forse mai puliti. La luce, troppo forte, del corridoio attivata da sensore di movimento molto fastidiosa, specie la notte se si va in bagno. Soprattutto all'arrivo abbiamo riscontrato che non c'era acqua calda e lo abbiamo prontamente segnalato alla proprietaria, ma nonostante le nostre continue sollecitazioni, anche tramite email, il problema è stato risolto solamente dopo Quattro giorni; quindi siamo stati costretti durante i primi quattro giorni di soggiorno, su sette giorni totali, a lavarci con acqua fredda. Abbiamo chiesto che ci offrisse un alloggio alternativo o un soggiorno in Hotel in attesa che venisse riparato il guasto, ma lei si è dimostrata insensibile alle nostre richieste, il massimo che ci ha offerto è stata la possibilità di "recarci a casa sua ed usare il suo bagno per lavarci". Non ci ha rimborsato un centesimo, tranne che alla fine del soggiorno ci abbuonava la tassa di soggiorno (€ 12). Abbiamo risposto che noi paghiamo le tasse sempre e quindi abbiamo pagato. In trentacinque anni che affittiamo case vacanze non ci è mai capitato di essere trattati così male. Non consigliamo a nessuno questa casa.

Eine sehr sehr schöne und helle Wohnung. Wir hatten in der oberen Etage Blick auf die Berge. Sauna, Fitness, alles da. Leider wenig Zeit das zu nutzen. Frau Schmid ist eine sehr nette Frau und war für uns da, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wohnung toll ausgestattet. Nur microwelle fehlte. Aber sonst alles tip top
