Haus: Super Lage, nur 20 Meter vom Balaton entfernt. Sauberkeit: Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Restaurant: Ein Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft stellt kein Problem dar. Ausstattung: Es gibt eine schöne Außenküche mit Grill, die von uns allerdings nicht genutzt wurde. Nutzung: Liegen und der Garten stehen zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung.

Urlaub am Balaton 2024

Positiv: Haus: Super Lage, nur 20 Meter vom Balaton entfernt. Sauberkeit: Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Restaurant: Ein Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft stellt kein Problem dar. Ausstattung: Es gibt eine schöne Außenküche mit Grill, die von uns allerdings nicht genutzt wurde. Nutzung: Liegen und der Garten stehen zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Negativ: Lage: Das Haus befindet sich unmittelbar am Kreuzungsbereich. Autos wenden und fahren vorbei, oft nur etwa 4 Meter vom Terrassentisch entfernt. Dadurch hat man das Gefühl, dass die Autos über die Terrasse fahren. Vermieter: Der Vermieter hält sich von Donnerstagmittag bis Montagfrüh mit seiner Frau und Tochter auf dem Grundstück auf. Der Hinweis "Vermieter wohnt teilweise mit auf dem Grundstück" fehlt in der Beschreibung. Er versucht zwar, nicht zu stören, läuft aber doch ab und zu zur Garage, die sich im "privaten Bereich" der Gäste befindet. Zusammenfassung: Das Haus besticht durch seine hervorragende Lage und Sauberkeit. Die Nähe zum Balaton und die zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung stehenden Liegen und der Garten sind große Pluspunkte. Ein Restaurant in der Nähe stört nicht. Negativ sind jedoch die unmittelbare Nähe zur Kreuzung und der damit verbundene Autoverkehr direkt an der Terrasse sowie die unvollständige Information über die Anwesenheit des Vermieters auf dem Grundstück.

Die Lage ist toll, Ausstattung ...

Die Lage ist toll, Ausstattung auch ziemlich gut. Aber was mich stört, jeden Sonntag kommt die Besitzer (?) mit seinen Töchtern in dem Grundstück mit seinem Wagen wegen dem boat oder so und bleibt auch teilweise bis abends. Also nicht schlimm aber stört einfach

Es ist alles so wie beschrieben. Leider mussten wir einen Punkt bei der Sauberkeit anzeigen. In der Kaffeemaschine war noch ein Filter vom vor vor vor Gänger. War kein großes Problem. Sonst alles in wirklich gutem sauberen Zustand. War ein schöner Urlaub. Danke.
