The property was quite lovely. Large and airy and very well stocked. Kellie was so welcoming. Everything was easy and perfect for the wedding festivities. We all attended.
We had a lovely stay. Our family had plenty of room to gather and cook. The property is also close to some great wineries. We would definitely stay here again.
We loved staying here! It really was an oasis. So spacious and beautiful. They really thought of everything for a stay away from home and the property was stocked with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again. Don't hesitate booking with family or friends.
Kellie was an awesome host with an awesome property. My wife and friends enjoyed every moment in Sonoma. Nice and secluded, but easily accessible to all the vineyards you would want to visit. We will definitely be returning.
This VRBO was absolutely lovely. It’s well appointed, has all the amenities you would need and is very comfortable. The location is perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better location for my 40th!
Beautiful property and very comfortable home. Good location for wine tasting in Sonoma area. Napa is accessible too but farther drive. Overall enjoyable stay.
We had such an easy, gorgeous stay. The location was super easy to drive in and around, with great restaurants and access to vineyards and hikes. We loved walking down to the fresh farm stand as well, and coming back "home" every night into a stunning space. 10/10 would come back!
This place is over the top with amenities provided by the owners. Quaint, set back in quiet area, all cooking utensils you need, spacious property with great decor, clean spacious bathrooms, pillows and blankets for all needs. I could keep going on. This owner how to treat their guests.
We hosted a surprise 70th birthday for our mother at this property. It was spacious with every amenity you could possibly want or need. The home itself is almost more stunning than the incredible views! Everything about checkin and checkout was easy. I hope to have another reason to stay here.
It was a beautiful property and they payed attention to detail. I would stay again. The location is nice and Sebastopol has gotten some really great restaurants and there is a little grocery store right around the corner.

This was such a great place. Its big and airy and bright, well decorated and private. Its a great location; close to town and Osmosis spa in Freestone is just 11 minutes away. It was a pleasant surprise that they have a level 2 EV charger.
We had a lovely time. The property was great, very flexible - it met our needs as a small family with a little one but would also be great for a large group. Spotting the bob cat hunting while we dined was a highlight on the first evening and when we were hoping she might return we spotted a fox the following morning. A very peaceful yet well connected spot to spend some time relaxing. Thank you for sharing this place with us.
This VRBO was exactly as advertised. It was a great location for Sonoma and Napa wine tasting, as well as a quick trip to the California coast. The kitchen was fully equipped with spices, pots and pans, coffee and tea, sugar and even farm fresh eggs. Our hostess quickly replied to all our questions and even dropped off a cooler at our request. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you Curtis, for your kind review. I am delighted that you enjoyed your time at Quail Run and we look forward to seeing you again anytime. All the best, Kellie
The house was great for our 6 adult family vacation. The house had no A/C and it was not needed. July 4 temps were 40s-80s and the house stayed cool with the windows open. We loved the out of the way location that was still close to all things wine country. We cycled daily and found many great country roads right from the house. We cooked most of our dinners in the house and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house is a nice as it looks in the pictures and super well appointed. I hope we can return and enjoy it again in the near future.
I would highly recommend staying at The Barn!! It was absolutely beautiful!! Well decorated rustic modern farm decor. Tucked away in a quiet area where you can enjoy watching deer graze within feet of the house. Yet was located just minutes. away from stores where you can purchase groceries to exercise your culinary skills to make wonderful meals in the well-equipped amazing kitchen. This is a place you will want come back to year after year!
Beautiful, private house perfect for our girl's weekend.
This house couldn't have been more perfect! Six women spent 5 days there and every one of them absolutely loved the house. It had everything we needed and things we didn't know we needed, like fun card games and cozy robes. The house and all the finishings are beautiful. It's decorated so well and it is so comfortable. Plenty of seating areas for groups to hang out inside and outside. Great kitchen with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. I can't say enough about this house. It was a highlight of our trip.
We stayed over New Year’s for four nights. The Barn at QR has it all. We ate out twice and cooked twice. The barn has a GREAT kitchen with all the cookware and items needed. The outside entertaining areas are beautiful, unfortunately we dealt with a lot of rain and did not take full advantage of all there is to offer. We’ve been going to wine country on both the Sonoma and Napa side for 15 years and will be sure to return when we want spending time cooking or relaxing privately outdoors to be part of the experience. The owner has clearly put a lot of thought into the guest experience! Well done.
The Quail Run was the ideal place to stay for our wedding weekend (at Vine Hill House). The interior is so welcoming and comfortable with every detail having been taken care of. Kellie’s relaxed hosting style was lovely in this chill country retreat. Having said that, we had some problems with the use of the exterior spaces. As seen on the website, the patios can be beautiful, but that was not our experience. The seating was too dirty to use, the sun umbrella was broken and the propane tank was too low to use. So, we recommend this VRBO as long as you don’t care about using the exterior.
Barn is bright and light as you first enter. First floor is very spacious and great for hanging out. Two bedrooms upstairs are perfect for couples, as each group has its own bathroom. Great communication from owner! Andy's Produce Market is super close, as are the bike trails.
