Parking for 4-5 vehicles plus an RV parking spot with 30 amp power service. River access below the house with boat launch, fishing, and swimming area. 5 min to Parker, 10min to Bluewater Casino & Parker strip, 15 min to Emerald Canyon Golf Course, 20 min to lake Havasu.
