The 30 m² apartment "Signora" is on the garden side of the central risalite of the estate, is very sunny and has a beautiful view of the garden. The original landlord's room with parquet flooring has a small kitchenette from which a bathroom with shower opens.

The entrance, the hall and the blue salon of the manor house are available for shared use. The 10,000 m² manor garden with its shady dining areas, deckchairs, grill, boules court, playground and vegetable garden can also be used. Regional specialties can be enjoyed in the café of the manor house.
