Peaceful and serene!
Just off US 31, next to Lewis Farm and Zoo and Double JJ Resort and Waterpark in the middle of gorgeous apple and cherry orchards. Minutes to Stony Lake, Beautiful Lake Michigan Beaches, and Silver Lake Dunes. The Hart-Montague Bike Path is just down the road in downtown New Era.
About the Space:
There are 5 bedrooms. 3 upstairs bedrooms have super comfortable Pillowtop Queen mattresses. The master bedroom upstairs has a half bath with a heart shaped jetted hot tub with skylights and walk out balcony. Main floor bedroom has a Queen mattress. Large upstairs bedroom is used as a recreation room with ping pong, board games, cards, vintage video game console and a small futon. Baby high chair and Pack n Play available.
It's very peaceful most of the time. You might see or hear a tractor in The Orchards at certain times. There are two small houses next to the property that are currently vacant and in the process of being renovated and turned into tiny vacation rentals so contractors may be near the premises temporarily.
