My husband and I have loved raising our family in College Station. We have lived in the Bryan/College Station area for over 20 years. My family has been in the area for over 60 years! We enjoy reconstructing properties. I draw up the plans and my husband does the work. I am a real estate broker in College Station who specializes in residential real estate sales, leasing, and property management. My husband raises cattle and works with me. We truly enjoy each other and our family!

We appreciate the location of this property being in a quiet neighborhood yet so close to Blinn College and St. Joseph's Hospital. I think the home is absolutely lovely and offers a quiet retreat while enjoying Bryan/College Station for leisure, fun, or business.

This home is full of modern farmhouse charm! Besides being beautiful, the layout of the home is open, large, and feels spacious. Vaulted ceilings in all of the rooms really enhance the luxurious spacious feel.
