The property is arranged over 4 floors and comprises 4 ensuite double bedrooms, 1 ensuite twin bedroom, plus two sofas for a maximum occupancy of 12 people. On the ground floor is a large living/dining room, bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. The first floor has two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The larger bedroom has a living area and kitchenette, plus a small balcony facing the quiet street below. On the top floor is a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and access to a large roof terrace with barbeque and a shaded dining area. The terrace has close up views of the acropolis and the Plaka roof-scape.
The fifth bedroom (with 2 twin beds) with ensuite bathroom is located in the basement.
Finally, there is a washing machine located in the utility room in the basement. All bedrooms have AC and the house is centrally heated with a gas boiler.
Guests have sole and private access to all areas of the townhouse except for a locked storage area in the basement.
Note: There is a very low doorway leading to the en-suite bathroom. Please watch your head!

The house is in the centre of Plaka in a super quiet pedestrian side-street, yet just feet away from some of the most famous sites in Plaka. For example the Acropolis museum is about 3 minutes walk away, and the entrance to the site itself is about 12 minutes walk. Aso nearby are the Temple of Zeus, Ancient Agora and Tower of the Winds. There are some lovely nearby restaurants (Daphne's is a classic choice) and bars (don't miss the famous Vrettos bar!). You can easily explore the nearby neighborhoods around Syntagma, Monastiraki, Kolonaki and Makrigianni - the house is in the between them all! \
