Charming cottage in Nordby, somewhat secluded from the street and with many cozy corners. You will immediately feel the cozy atmosphere when you enter this vacation home. The house is overall in a personal and charming style and it is clear to see that the owner cares a lot about this house. In extension of the kitchen there is a nice, bright dining area, the perfect place to sit down with your morning coffee. In the large living room there is a large dining table and comfortable sofas with plenty of room for all vacationers. On the mezzanine in the living room is a sofa bed, a nice retreat, especially for children. To the house belongs a winter garden with dining table and beautiful light where you can relax nicely. From the house you can easily get to the town or Fanø Bath, it is not far to shopping and especially in the summer half of the year the town is bustling with life. If you are looking for a house close to everything, this is the house for you.

Niedliches Haus was sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist..

Haus ist süß.. aber …. 1)Heizen ist eine Zumutung .. billige Elektro Heizkörper die Mann dort wo Mann sich befindet hinschieben muss.. Heizklima gib es, auch aber laut und zieht. Ganz davon mal abgesehen das der elektrozähler neue Rekorde schreibt. 250kilowatt pro Woche gut möglich(1 Kilowatt 0,51cent) Heizen mit den alten kleinen holzofen bringt kaum was. 2) Zustand der Betten sehr schlecht. 3) Zustand der Wände in allen Räumen schlecht. 4 ) einige Fenster müssen erneuert werden (1 Glas fester- nicht isoliert) und sind undicht. 5) fehlerhafte und alte zusammen gemixte Ausstattung im ganzen Haus (Küche und co.) 6) nutzen der Außenanlagen nicht möglich war alles verdeckt und mit Müll der Gezeiten . 7) Bad alles zusammen gehämmert und eng .. 8) im ganzen Haus ist ein ameissen Problem und das wohl auch schon länger (dosenküder lagen rum)sehr unangenehm . Leider aus nicht so sauber..spinnenweben in jeder Ecke Wir sind auf Grund dieser Sachen früher wieder gefahren, leider. Wir sind seit über 30 Jahren Dänemark Urlauber und haben so etwas nicht erlebt.. Klar der Preis war günstig , aber dafür nicht zumutbar. Süßes kleines Haus , was aber von außen und innen eine Grundsanierung braucht um in eine Vermietung zugehen.
