Great family vacay

Planning this trip began months before we left. The host, Mau,, was woth me every step of the way. He was patient, and more than accommodating to my group of 10. There were two adults ages 60+, two ages 4+, two ages 18+, two teenagers and one 4 yr old. Maui made sure that every one had a place to sleep. The home looks brand new and extremely clean. Mau helped us coordinate transportation and one of our excursions. If you get a change, the private catamaran tour tour Isla Mujeres is a must. We coordinated it thru Mau and it was one of the best parts of our trip. The home is in a private community directly across from a luxury shopping mall. It's a little further from the lively hotel zone so you will need transportation I'd you want to be in the middle of hotel zone entertainment but it nicely secluded and peaceful! We're coming back and staying here!!! Mau was the PERFECT host!

Great new house.

The house is new and very nice. The layout is a little weird especially if sharing with other guests. 2 of the toilets don't have doors so it's open area and are exposed while using restroom. The drainage also caused smells that were not pleasant throughout the house. Not sure if it's because it's a new construction area. The house in front is under construction so workers are there during the morning time. Noise isn't too bad. We ran out of paper towels and toilet paper so maybe some extra household items would be great. The host was great, he arranged a catamaran tour, Chef and was available for all my questions and on a timely manner. The Chef was amazing and overall a great time. Total of 11 guests all women and the closet space is AMAZING!
