Enjoy cooking family meals or entertaining guests in the full kitchen, equipped with everything you need. Afterward, move onto your private balcony to unwind and take in the stunning views of the Laterra pool and courtyard, all while soaking in Florida’s amazing climate.

The condo also features a full-size washer and dryer for added convenience. In the living area, enjoy a 50" Smart TV with cable, and a 36" TV in the bedroom. Access your favorite streaming apps with your personal log-in credentials.

If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table, or porta crib) or beach chairs, they are available at no charge with 24 business hours' notice. All items are subject to availability.

Some dogs are permitted with advance permission. Aggressive breeds, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Chows, Staffordshire Terriers, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies are NOT allowed, Also no puppies under 1 year old.
