Casa Maria Freiburg - family friendly
The Casa Maria is located in a quiet residential area in a suburb of Freiburg and has room for 10 guests including children. It has 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, a guest toilet, cozy kitchen and a large living room, and a 18sqm gr. Terrace u. Balcony, free parking at the house. Families with children and toddlers are welcome!
The living room
The Casa Maria is my parents' home, in which I myself lived many years with my family and whose flair and furniture for travelers from all over the world offers an authentic "German living". The house was newly renovated in December 2014 and impresses with a cozy country house style with smart design elements. The central location in the southern Black Forest offers the possibility of numerous sporting and cultural activities. For guests who are not quite as good on foot, there is a stair lift to the first floor. Even on warm winter days, the expansive terrace and the spacious balcony invite you to sunbathe.
Interaction with guests
We are happy to be there for you for questions and needs of all kinds. As we like hiking and cross-country skiing we are happy to give you tips for excursions in the region. Important information such as: B. Pharmacies and doctors can be found in a folder.
In the house is a granny flat, which is used by our family. You will find us again and again, if we make the garden beautiful for you. Otherwise, we will of course be reachable by phone for you.
Please contact us if you need anything, we will try to assist you.
Other important information
Casa Maria was renovated in December 2014. You can therefore enjoy a completely new kitchen and renovated living-sleep and bathroom.
In addition to the beds there are 2 baby travel cots with bed linen, baby bath, baby blanket and a highchair, as well as a washing machine.
Access for guests
Guests are entitled to share the Wi-Fi within the limits permitted by law. In the event of infringement, criminal complaints, warnings and invoices will be forwarded to the guest without delay and the damage will be charged
Casa Maria is a non-smoking home.
Pets are not allowed.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay with two families in this spacious house. Inge was a very attentive host, especially with details to make our stay easy with two small children. The house listing and pictures are accurate. Great for exploring the countryside outside Freiburg.
