Nice Place

Overall this was a great place to stay. Good location, convenient to everything. The condo itself is nice, but had a smoky smell. Comfy beds and fun showerheads!

Home run on this rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was 5 stars. Updated kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and spacious living and dining rooms gave the impression we were at home and not a hotel/rental. Access to washer/dryer in suite also help with swimsuits prep. Pool access and the beautiful surroundings to explore in the golf village was A+ as well.Being centrally located between family in Orange Park and St. Augustine we were able to move swiftly from the historic city and family visits. Planning future trips to golf village and directly with IGR, thank you for making our trip stay painless.

Nice, but smokey.

Love staying at World Golf Village. Property has great access to pools, spa, workout facilities and golf courses. Property is really nice. Beds are great. The only issue we had was the property had unfortunately been smoked heavily in prior to our stay. Now the rules state you can smoke on the balcony . . .that doesn't work so good if all the smoke just goes into the condo. You can't just open windows and make that smell go away. I don't blame the property company for that, but that smell will linger for many more months for future renters.
