The kitchen has undergone renovations recently (2021) and offers all major appliances (dishwasher and coffee maker included) - you have everything you need to channel your inner chef and delight your loved ones with tasty meals and beach snacks. Come back from the beach to an air-conditioned condo - take a refreshing shower and gather around the flatscreen TV for an entertaining evening at home. Pull out any of the board games available and challenge each other to a friendly match at the six-person dining table, or if you would like to enjoy some fresh air and breeze, the private balcony offers a nice outdoor table as well.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Beautiful view!

This condo is in a great location, you can see the beach and bay views from the balcony. Nice furnishings, though one of the double beds is extremely hard/firm. This condo suited our needs, but could have been cleaned better.

Enjoy!

It was a great beach house for the 5 days. My only complaint would be it is advertised as a first floor unit and it is definitely 2nd floor. You must climb three staircases to get to the property. This was a big problem because I have two very small children and was very worried about the balcony and being high up. They could easily fit through the railings so we had to be very careful! The location of the beach house is amazing. Center of Ocean City and so close to the beach.

Not Relaxing

Sea Level 203 was a nice place to stay. However, men were working outside our apartment everyday we were there. They started scrapping and hammering at 8:00 AM and worked until 4:00 PM. If we had been told by the realtors office ahead of time we may have made other arrangements. Therefore our stay was not as relaxing as we were hoping.

Decent Stay

The property was decent, newly renovated kitchen is a huge plus. However, there are few things bothered us during the stay: 1. Cleanliness of the tub: one of the bathroom (with tub) is just old with molded grouts and drain. The faucets (3 of them) for the tub are really difficult to maneuver. 2. Cleanses of the floor. I appreciate the hardwood feature at least I don’t have to deal with filthy carpet but the floor is just dirty as well, though vacuumed but dirty. It should be wiped as well in my opinion after each stay. 3. Under delivers feature - the amenities were included beach umbrella so we didn’t bring our own to save some space in the car. However, they beach umbrella is only the top half and is technically not usable, as it only create a kids version of umbrella that’s super close to the ground and because it’s only the top half, it doesn’t stay in the sand. I requested for a replacement but it never gets delivered. It’s ok if umbrella is not included but if it’s marked as included as a feature of the property, something that’s in a workable condition should be provided, Having said that, it’s a really nice neighborhood, quiet and peaceful.

Oceanside with lots of space - midtown

Great location on Oceanside right in the middle of ocean city. On the Oceanside with lots of room - 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Looks like kitchen was recently remodeled and new floors put in - I hate when there is wall to wall carpet at beach, so was happy to see the wood inspired flooring
