About this property

Fantastically beautiful apartments 2 minutes to the beach Pool in the houseHappyHavenHouse

Our beautiful 4-star apartments (about 63 square meters) have 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, a living / dining area and a kitchen. Bedroom and living / dining area are equipped with air conditioning (heating and cooling). Each apartment has a covered balcony (about 12sqm) with sea views. The garden has a pool and a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Own parking spaces are available on the property.

Our house is 2 minutes walk, about 100m from the beach

Equipment:
Kitchen with stove, oven, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, microwave (on request), crockery, cutlery, glasses and towels.

Bathroom equipped with shower and underfloor heating. In a bathroom there is a washing machine. Towels are available.

Bedrooms are equipped with double beds. Bed linen is available.

Living area has satellite TV, a high quality fold-out sofa bed (suitable for 2 persons).

Dining area with dining table for 6 people.

Balconies have dining tables for 6 and 2 sun loungers.

All apartments have Wi-Fi

All bedrooms and the living / dining area have air conditioning.

Pool / Outside:
The pool is 5x6m, so 30qm large. In the pool area there is an outdoor shower, sun loungers and parasols. We have a "Konoba" (covered outdoor kitchen) with barbecue, dining table and chairs (use by arrangement)

General:
The house was completed in May 2018 and is under German management.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
