The 40 m² apartment (east side) is on the 3rd Floor in "Haus Lübeck" is bright and spacious. It offers space for max. 4 people. A corner sofa and a modern wall unit form the cozy seating area. The sofa can be converted into two comfortable beds in just a few simple steps.
In the separate bedroom there are 2 single beds and a large wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. The bathroom with bathtub invites you to relax. On the furnished balcony you can relax and unwind with a beautiful view.

Nettes Apartment in top Lage,leider renovierungsbedürftig u nicht sauber

Bei der Ankunft mussten wir uns sofort beschweren,da das Apartment total dreckig war.Das Bettzeug war voller Flecken,die Betten dreckig. Das Sofa voll Hundehaare u der Balkon sehr verdreckt mit Vogelkot,sodass man ihn nicht betreten konnte ohne sich zu eckeln. Das Mobiliar viel teilweise auseinander,Besen total verdreckt,Staubsauger fiel auseinander u beim anstellen knallte jedesmal die Sicherung durch. Eine Reinigung wurde dann schnell am Anreisetag Abends von einem angeforderten Team durchgeführt,sodass man das Apartement dann bewohnen konnte,aber zum wohlfühlen war es trotzdem nicht,leider. Es könnte so schön sein da man eine top Lage von dort aus hat(Strand,Ortschaft,Busverbindung). Das Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig. Leider haben wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und es wurde alles erklärt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, war sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nettes Appartement in Ferienzentrum Holm

Wir hatten das Glück eine völlig neu renovierte Ferienwohnung zu beziehen, in der nichts gefehlt hat.Von A wie Akkusauger bis Z wie Zitruspresse-alles da! Sie ist sehr nett und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und reicht für maximal 4 Personen. Geschlafen haben wir, 2 Erwachsene mit kl. Hund bei der Stille der Anlage, super. Die Ostsee ist nicht weit und auch Restaurants mit köstlichen Speisen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls. Man kann schöne Ausflüge zu Fuß, mit dem Rad, Bus und natürlich auch mit dem Auto machen. Alles in Allem, hatten wir eine sehr schöne erholsame Woche mit traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen die wir vom Balkon aus genießen konnten.
