Nestled peacefully in the spectacular mountain landscape, the Jochriem family welcomes you to the Obersäuling holiday home at 1,046 m on the Stummerberg. In the spacious holiday home you enjoy enough space for individuality, privacy and exciting mountain adventures!

Coziness and Tyrolean charm
The historic farmhouse has been passed down from generation to generation and has always been renovated with great care and attention to detail. In the historic walls of the over two hundred year old farmhouse, rustic Tyrolean cosiness and modern comfort merge into a unique feeling of living that can only be found in the Alps.

In the modern country house style, the house extends over two floors and offers two triple and two double rooms and a room with two single beds for 2 to 12 people. The spacious kitchen on the ground floor invites you to cook together and in the cozy farmhouse parlor, which is equipped with a corner bench and television, you can spend sociable evenings with friends or family. The two bathrooms and the two separate toilets offer complete comfort. The house is available for your sole use. There is also a ski room with a shoe dryer and a storage room.

The house was first class in all respects and ideal for our group of 6 adults and 3 children (7,5 and 3). The location was outstanding with good access to many wonderful locations nearby. Monika welcomed us warmly on our arrival and was delightful and exceedingly helpful throughout our stay. We all (young and old) felt fully rested from our stay and were sorry that we weren't staying longer!

Schöne, sonnige und aussichtsreiche Lage, auf ca. 1000 Meter Höhe. Sehr ruhig, das Gackern der Hühner gehört auf dem Land dazu.Gepflegtes, gemütliches Haus mit genügend Platz für 4 Paare. Freundlicher Empfang und sofortige Reaktion und Hilfe, wenn mal eine Kleinigkeit gefehlt hat.In Summe nichts zu meckern.

Großartiges Haus mit Bergblick

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit wunderschönem Blick. Leicht über dem Ort gelegen, man hat perfekte Ruhe und kann die Berge auch sitzend, buchlesend, genießen. Außerdem: selten so eine aufmerksame und freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin wie Monika gehabt. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir werden von der schönen Woche bei dir noch in unserem Alltag zehren.

Tolles Haus mit mega Ausblick

Wir haben uns in dem sehr großen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Monika ist sehr herzlich u. stand uns für Rat und Tat gerne zur Verfügung. Der Ausblick war grandios. Das Haus bietet wirklich viel Platz. Wir waren oft in dem Restaurant der Tannenalm essen. Können wir sehr empfehlen. Vielen dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Einmalig schön!

Wir haben wundervolle Ferien in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus verbracht. Es liegt oberhalb des Ortes, wo man die einzigartige Aussicht über die Berge und die Ruhe genießen kann. Sehr freundliche Vermieter haben uns willkommen geheißen und mit schönen Ausflugstipps versorgt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Eine wunderschöne Woche in unserer eigenen 'Berghütte'

Ein wunderschönes Haus am Berg, ausgestattet mit allem Komfort. Herrliche Aussicht und eine schöne Terrasse und sehr guter Kontakt zu den Besitzern, die dafür sorgen, dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlt.

Heerlijk huis op prachtige locatie.

Wat een fijn huis! Genietend van mooie uitzichten, vanuit je huis wandelend de berg op. Lekker eten bij de buren Tannen alm. En wat te doen in Zillertal? De keuze is enorm: watervallen bekijken / wandelen / via Zillertaler Hoherstrasse boven boomgrens komen / paragliden etc etc. Beneden in Stumm zit supermarkt bakker en slager. De eigenaresse Monica is super attent en vriendelijk. We komen graag terug!

Super Urlaub mit Heidi Feeling

Wir sind mit einer befreundeten Familie verreist und waren das erste Mal in den Bergen. Die Unterkunft war top. Super Lage mit traumhaftem Bergblick. Das Haus ist landestypisch eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und der gesamte Zustand ist äußerst gepflegt. Das Ehepaar Jochriem hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und das obwohl wir aus Norddeutschland kommen:-). Für unsere Tochter gab es zum Geburtstag sogar eine leckere Sachertorte. Alles in allem ein rundum toller Urlaub mit super Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und einer Unterkunft auf die man sich am Abend freut.

Familienurlaub

Hervorragende Unterkunft für eine große Familie oder Freunde. Zimmer absolut nicht hellhörig. Man hatte alles, was man braucht. Ein sehr schönes altes Bauernhaus mit dem Komfort von heute. Sogar in vielen Schlafzimmern ein TV. ( was für uns nicht erforderlich war). Das Zillertal bietet für jede Altersgruppe verschiedenste Unterhaltung. Die Eltern waren per Rad im Tal unterwegs, wir konnten zig Wege wandern und die Jugend hatte beim Klettern und Canyoning ihre „Action“. Unsere Gastgeberin Monika war sehr hilfsbereit, fürsorglich und sehr herzlich. Wir danken für den tollen Aufenthalt!!!

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!

Von der ersten Minute an fühlten wir uns bei Familie Jochriem ausgesprochen wohl. Das urige Bauernhaus mit viel Platz und einer gehobenen Ausstattung war unser Heim für zwei Wochen. Trotz Temperaturen von über 30 Grad war es im Haus angenehm kühl. Herzlichen Dank an Monika und Familie. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
