This is a very nice, well appointed house. It was super clean and everything was in good repair. The walk to the accessible beach is a solid 15 minutes. With kids and beach stuff it took longer. There is a super steep hill you must walk down to reach the lake which was not easy with kids and a wagon. We ended up driving about 3 minutes to the beach parking lot. There is a hill there as well but it is manageable. The VRBO listing states that towels and bed linens are included. They are not and were 80 for four people. We faced a problem with the VRBO and Homeaway apps during the payment process. Guido was super responsive and went out of his way to make sure our reservation was secure. The lake / beach area is nice with bathrooms and a kiosk that has some simple food and drinks. They have a water skiing center that is super fun.

Schönes Haus in Klasse Umgebung
