Juan was amazing throughout. He was so responsive with his communication, nothing was ever too much and he was so kind and generous. The house was gorgeous. Spacious and clean and the pool and its views were a dream! Air con was our saviour in the heat! Would recommend and will definitely be back when we can!

We had a great holiday as a family of 10 with a mix of ages from 2-16. Something to do for all of them. Great communication from hosts and everything was as described as advertised. Definitely recommend!

A gem in Andalucia

A fabulous, spacious and secure secluded villa with a fantastic view over Lora del Rio. Lovely spacious well stocked kitchen. Super pool and terraces. Excellently situated for visiting Sevilla, Jerez, Carmona, Cordoba, Granada etc. Will definitely return here to further explore the area

Family celebration holiday

We stayed here as a family to celebrate our Dads 80th birthday. We cannot fault the villa - beautiful views, lovely villa, lots of space and plenty of things to do. Remote location - get a good car as the track is a bit bumpy! Host was fantastic and great communication. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely people. :-) thank you Juan and Sabine. We would definitely stay here again.

Glorious view!!

It is possible to sit on the south facing patio all day and just admire the view, which we did often , lighting the log burning fire in the evening. The other great thing is the space. We rented as two couples for 4 weeks but had family visit us at weekends and it never felt crowded. Juan and his neighbour were always on hand to help with any issues and if you like animals, the surrounding olive groves are teeming with dogs, horses and wildfowl. All super tame and friendly . We had a great time .

A taste of luxury!

Stunning imposing Villa located 40 minutes away from Seville Airport visible for miles around! The Villa is beautiful inside and out. We felt like VIPs! Everything was modern and tastefully furnished. The bedrooms are huge and there was plenty of room for our large party of 14. You will need a car to get to the property as its accessed via a long dirt track and there is nothing in walking distance but this wasn't a problem for us. Seville was only a short train journey or car journey away, and we found Lora Del Rio had everything that we needed. Our children loved playing around the pool, and had hours of fun, The air conditioning was a godsend and we loved the gas BBQ! There was even some gym equipment and table tennis. All facilities were of an excellent standard and the hosts were very accommodating to all our needs. Overall a fantastic week in a fantastic villa.

Alles war so wie es im Inserat beschrieben wurde. Das Haus und die Lage sind wirklich sehr sehr schön. Der Weg zum Haus ist allerdings recht wild. Dafür, dass dort recht viel Betrieb zu sein scheint, ist die Straße tatsächlich in einem recht schlechten Zustand. Das liegt aber eher an der Gemeinde als am Vermieter. Das Haus selbst ist sehr groß. Die Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Auch der Gasgrill ist neuwertig und rundet das Kochen noch ab. Wir waren mit 6 Personen im Haus. Zwei Bäder sind da gerade so ausreichend. Bei voller Belegung wird es da sicher eng. Die Poolanlage ist sauber und wird regelmäßig von einem Mitarbeiter gereinigt. Sonnenliegen sind ausreichend vorhanden und auch der Platz dafür ist großzügig. Für Freizeitaktivitäten steht eine Tischtennisplatte, ein Tischkicker und ein Billardtisch zur Verfügung. Wir haben alles regelmäßig benutzt und hatten eine Menge Spaß. Das Haus ist schön auf einem kleinen Hügel gelegen was zu einer großartigen Aussicht über das eher ländlich geprägte Umland verhilft. Die direkten Nachbarn sind nett. Wie überall auf dem Land hat hier aber auch fast jeder Nachbar einen oder mehrere Hunde sowie Hühner/ Hähne. Diese sind zeitweise natürlich auch zu hören. Wie erwähnt ist man hier auf dem Land und hat ansonsten absolute Privatsphäre auf dem Grundstück. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist leicht herzustellen. Juan oder Sabine antworten in kurzer Zeit.

Fijn huis

Het huis was fantastisch alles in de keuken is aanwezig, groot mooi zwembad . De eigenaar was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk stond ons op te wachten bij aankomst we waren vroeger dan gepland. Het enige echte nadeel was de weg naar huis toe, die is zo slecht begaanbaar dat dat ervoor zorgt dat je liever niet in het donker van of terug wilt komen van je activiteiten. Wij hebben met drie tieners drie weken een geweldige vakantie gehad.

Una semana maravillosa

Nous avons passé une tres bonne semaine de vacance dans la villa de Juan. Juan est un hôte très à l'écoute et disponible pour tout. La villa est à une heure de Seville, il n'y a aucun vis a vis, d'un calme pour du repos au top et une super vue de la piscine. La villa est très bien équipée que ce soit l’intérieur comme l’extérieur. Je recommande vivement cette villa et qui sait peut-être que nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Sehr erholsam und gute Lage

Sabine und Juan haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und sind stets um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Die Fotos geben die Realität sehr gut wieder. Die Großzügigkeit der Raumaufteilung und die Wohnungsausstattung sind äußerst komfortabel. Das Haus liegt in Hanglage und bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf Lora del Rio. Sevilla und Cordoba sind gut erreichbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wichtig ist hervorzuheben, dass alle Fenster über Insektenschutzgitter verfügen und das Haus natürlich auch über entsprechende Klimaanlagen verfügt.

Super Familienurlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne ruhige Zeit. Der neue Pool ist mega schön, grosszügig und immer sauber gewesen (regelmässige Reinigung). Die Tischtennisplatte nutzten wir jeden Tag. Das Haus ist sehr gross und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar und mega lieb. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Grandiose !

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. La propriété est vraiment spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. Entre la piscine, la table de ping-pong et le terrain de sport, adultes et enfants ont passé de très bons moments après des journées bien occupées. La propriété est proche de Carmona, très jolie petite ville. Nous avons profité de la gare de Lora del Río qui est très bien desservie. Il y a tellement de sites à découvrir ! Nous avons adoré Séville qui est à moins d’une heure. Merci à Sabine et Juan qui ont été très réactifs lorsque nous avions besoin de leur aide. Ce sont des personnes charmantes et très discrètes. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour en Andalousie.

Sehr schönes großzügiges Haus mit wundervollem Ausblick

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Chalet Bella Vista. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und wunderschön gebaut. Es hat einen sehr schönen Pool und einen wundervollen Ausblick. Die Vermieter Sabine und Juan waren sehr freundlich.

Stunning views, spacious accommodation, secluded but close to local towns.

We stayed in Chalet Bellavista over Easter and we had the best holiday. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The pool area and terrace have breathtaking views with plenty of space for socialising. It is very secluded but near to Lora Del Rio which has shops and some great restaurants. It is so easy to drive to some bigger cities such as Seville and Cordoba. Juan and Sabine were great hosts and very kind and responsive to all of my questions/messages. We highly recommend staying here and we are already planning our next trip!

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour dans la maison de sabine, l'equipement est complet, et conforme a ce qui est annoncé. Les alentours sont splendides, voiture indispensable, la propriété est située au milieu des oliviers a 10 minutes du centre de lora, ideal pour le calme et le repos en famille.

Loved it!!

Thank you so much to Sabine and Juan for letting our family stay in their beautiful villa. It was the perfect break and the setting wonderful! Peaceful and quiet, plenty of space, great facilities and everything you could need. Everything was very comfortable and we had an incredible stay! Cannot wait to go back asap :)
