About this property

Game Room, Bar, Dock and River Patio

2200 square feet. Directly on the river with seasonal dock. 1/2 acre grassed backyard with a firepit, 2 private decks with lots of seating and a 180-degree view. 3 large common, fully stocked and equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms with 3 king size beds. 2 Full bathrooms and a full laundry facility with detergents provided. Outdoor patio area with seating for up to 12 and 2 private river view decks with seating for up to 12. There is a fire pit but we do not provide wood, this can be purchased from local grocery stores. 20 steps to the front door and 50 steps to the river dock. Parking for 4 cars with extra parking across the street. Flexible check-in/out. 3155 River Rd. Toledo, Ohio 43614

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please return all furniture to original spot.
Remove all food from fridge and freezer. All unopened drinks can be left for clesners.
Take all linens to the laundry are and keep all towels separate from bedding.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please leave the house as you found it. Any additional excessive cleaning will be charged at $75 per hour.
Do not leave children unattended in the house or at the river.
Smoking is allowed outside but please clean-up before checking out.
