About this property

Great quiet vacation home for 4 people with private pool and large garden

This lovingly furnished holiday home offers relaxation and pure relaxation. It is located in a quiet side street in the rural rural area between El Paso and Los Llanos. From here you can enjoy the great view of the sea and mountains.

It has two bedrooms for 2 persons each. The modern fitted kitchen is well equipped. In the living room you will find comfortable seating, a TV with satellite channels for German channels and a woodburning stove. The modern dining area overlooks the sea.

Beautifully located, the house is surrounded by a 700m ² large landscaped garden. Here you will find shady palm trees, guavas, mango trees and much more. You are welcome to snack on the ripe fruits. Of course, they have the garden all to themselves. On the large terrace behind the house they have nice seating and a fireplace grill. The large Palma offers at any time of the day a nice shady place from which you can watch the breathtaking scenery.

By car, they are in about 10 minutes on various beaches on the sun-drenched west side of La Palma. Both El Paso and Los Llanos have large supermarkets for shopping.

Nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines (aout). Notre séjour s'est parfaitement déroulé : la maison est très bien entretenue, bien équipée. La literie est bonne. La terrasse est très agréable, à l'ombre du grand palmier. Le jardin est fleuri, la piscine top. Un service de conciergerie est sur place, très réactif en cas de besoin. Merci à Noelia et Wigbert pour la qualité des prestations offertes !

Super séjour à la Palma! Nous avons vraiment apprécié la maison qui est très confortable, rien de manque, surtout la cuisine hyper équipée ! Petite piscine chauffée très agréable avec une belle vue mer. Environnement très calme pour des vacances reposantes et de belles rando sur cette île volcanique.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit schönem Ausblick

Wir haben 4 Wochen in dem gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Es war alles sauber und in gutem Zustand. Besonders gefallen hat uns der großzügige Wintergarten mit Blick auf den Atlantik. Die schöne Terrasse mit Palmen haben wir oft genutzt und manchen Sonnenuntergang im Atlantik beobachtet. Der Service vor Ort ist hervorragend und kleine Probleme wurden umgehend von der Agentur gelöst. Besonderer Dank gilt dabei Fred, der unkompliziert geholfen hat.Danke auch an den Vermieter für das schöne Ferienhaus. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Aufenthalt auf La Palma

Hier ist eine kürzere und zurückhaltendere Bewertung: Der Aufenthalt im Haus war sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist ruhig und bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Für Ausflüge in der Umgebung ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Kurzurlaub. --- Diese Bewertung ist sachlich und weniger überschwänglich.

Merveilleux séjour sur la Palma

La maison est conforme au descriptif de l annonce et aux photos. Elle est tres grande et est tres bien equipee en vaisselle. Les lits sont des lits king size avec de bons matelas. Dommage que la climatisation ne marche pas car il fait vite tres chaud le soir. La bouteille de rose car cadeau de bienvenue est aussi appreciable.

El fusible puede saltar si hay demasiados aparatos eléctricos encendidos a la vez. En este caso lo tienes que apagar un aparato y poner el fusible de nuevo. Es possible de poner los 4 aire acondicionado a la vez.

Fantástica

La casa de Noelia no solo es preciosa sino sumamente confortable. La vivienda está completamente equipada para una estancia larga y todos los espacios de la casa, desde el salón y la cocina hasta el jardín son muy cómodos y están decorados con mucho gusto. Todas las estancias de la casa son más bonitas de lo que parecen en las fotos. Por si fuera poco, las vistas al océano son increíbles. La ubicación en El Paso la hace idónea para moverse por la isla, sobre todo desde que han reabierto un tramo de carretera tras los daños provocados por el volcán. La comunicación con las personas que gestionan el alojamiento ha sido muy fácil y rápida, y han sido muy atentos en todo momento. Muy muy recomendable.

Good spot for both snorkeling and hiking

The spot is well situated to go snorkeling on the best beaches of the island (Chica Zamora was our favorite!) but also to go on fine hikes (if you don't plan to go on the Roques de Los Muchachos because it will be more than an hour-drive). The house in itself is nice because the kitchen has a lot of nice equipment and there is everything to feel well including AC which can be very necessary on certain days. The only thing we might regret is that not all beds and pillows were really comfy (though some were) and that it is not always a calm place to sleep: so many dogs start barking at night that they often woke us up, but that is because we slept with open windows. Overall, you get full value for your money because the place is really affordable and the owner is really anxious to please and he answers all questions asked.
