The property was amazing with a great location on the beach. You can swim a little bit in the ocean but not out too far. We enjoyed morning coffee sitting at the beach. Lots of chairs and great sunrises. The unit was great size and well taken care of. No issues to speak of and we would definitely rent there again. Loved the pool and the lazy river and the hot tub and the pool slides. The property was very quiet as well which we enjoyed. Yes there were some kids running around but no late parties or anything. We had a great time.

This property is in the perfect location. Easy to get to the north or south but close to shopping and restaurants. Al and Amanda were the best hosts and super responsive with any questions and had impeccable instruction for check in and check out. My husband and I lived on Kauai for 13 amazing years. We were transplants from Newport Beach, CA and decided to live in paradise instead 😊. We came one time for a visit and never looked back and ended up staying the last 13 years!

Why they chose this property

Kauai is very special and Kapaa is the heart of Kauai. Most tourists think they either go South or North of the Island but after so many years on the Island we felt the best place to be is the center which makes it so easy to either go North or South because we are half way. Kapaa is also strategically situated about 15 minutes from the airport and downtown which makes it so convenient.

What makes this property unique

Waipouli Beach Resort were our condo is very unique. It sits on the Coconut Coast one of the most beautiful beaches on Kauai and I dare say on all the Hawaiian Chain Islands. The resort is right on the beach and across the street you have all the amenities that you can think of, amazing Restaurants, Fast Food Chains, Super Market, UPS store, Shopping center, Ice Cream/Shave Ice, Farmers Market, fresh vegetables and fruit stands, shops to rent gear for surfing, snorkeling, kayaking , etc. There is no were else on the Island that has that concentration of amenities in one place!!
