Ground floor is the hack for family trips, this condo is mere steps from the beach AND the pool, making it so easy for everyone. Unfortunately the resort restaurant was closed, otherwise that would've been amazing, but much of the island was affected by the recent hurricane. The host was very helpful and responsive as well. The condo itself was well stocked with beach items from chairs to snorkeling equipment. Will definitely be coming back to stay here in the future!

THE BEST UNIT IN THE WHOLE COMPLEX!! 1st It was beautiful and had everything we needed and2nd and most importantly we were only about 10 steps from the pool and about 30ft from the parking lot. Could not have asked for better!!

This is the 3rd time staying in the same condo and definitely didn’t disappoint. The condo has everything you need. Great location, close to grocery store, restaurants and more.

The condo is in a great location of the resort which is near the pool, beach and restaurant. There are several hot tubs and two for adults only. The resort is within 15 minutes of the airport, close to restaurants and drive time to other locations on the island easy to get to. The owners shared a lot of island attractions with us.

We always love the Waipouli Beach Resort. This room was conveniently located on the first floor across from the pool. Great for families of three or four. Staff was friendly too.

This was our second time staying at the condo. The location is superb - very nice ground level ocean view and very close to the pool and hot tub which made it extremely accessible and very convenient. This is a great plus!!Communication with the host was outstanding and checking in / out was very easy and went smoothly. The host provided beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler which made beach days very nice and enjoyable. The condo’s pool, lazy river, and water slides are a huge plus for family time and activities. Very nice and enjoyable. The hot tub with a sand bottom floor was unique and felt very nice after a long day at the beach and/or sightseeing. A101 is located in a great location within the resort with immediate pool access and with a nice ocean view. Highly recommended! Thank you, Al!

We loved this property! The proximity to the pool was perfect as well as the beach. We watched the sunrise with our coffee almost every morning and our girls loved how close we were to the beach, where we saw a seal napping, and the pool - The water slides and grotto were a big hit! We also loved how close it was to the on-site restaurant which had incredible food. Our hosts were fantastic at communication and checked in with us and responded immediately with any questions. The location of the resort overall was also great for getting to any part of the island...very centrally located. My family of four loved this spot and will definitely be back! Mahalo, Al!!

This condo is in the perfect location to drive north or south. The condo is spacious and clean. I love that it has 2 bathrooms. It’s also a very short walk to the beach. I’ve stayed there twice and would stay again.
