The property was immaculate and Meagan thought of everything. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! She had everything we needed and then some! The location was perfect for what we needed and the lake is beautiful! I would stay here again!

This cottage is so charming and we had such a lovely stay. We didn't want for anything, our host truly thought of everything. Right down to accommodating our dog with a bed, towels and treats! I can't say enough good things. We will definitely be back!

Meagan is the ultimate host! The cabin was spotless. She left snacks, coffee, a nice note for my wife and I, as well as a welcome sign for our dogs! She was super responsive and did a great job communicating throughout our trip. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay. Meagan was an excellent host and went above and beyond expectations. Perfect little get away place. Quiet area and relaxing. The home was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. So if you forgot something don't worry it's most likely there. The cabin was extremely clean. We traveled with pets and the house had plenty of items to make it pet friendly.

Meagan was an awesome host. She thought of every detail to make our stay wonderful. House was well equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake and biking and hiking were close by. We will definitely be back.

Awesome weekend getaway

Meagan is a consummate host! We stayed with our 3 children and 1 dog for a week in late October. We had a wonderful stay. Meagan has thought of every detail to make her guests feel at home at her lake cottage, including toys/games for kids and treats for the dog. We highly recommend this place for small families traveling with pets.

We had such a wonderful stay at Meagan's home ! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and comfotable. The accomadations were beautiful, cozy, and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made our stay especially convienient. We were in town for our son's wedding, and Meagan went above and beyond to make our visit extra special. She left a sweet note congratulating us, along with snacks and cider in the refrigerator. Those thoughtful little touches meant so much to us ! We also had to bring our dog, and we were absolutely amazed at how pet-friendly and welcoming the home was. There was a dog bed, toys, leashes, and other pet supplies available, along with a lovely note welcoming our dog. It truly felt like he was considered a guest too! Meagan was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making her guests feel at home. We couldn't have asked for a better stay during such a special time for our family. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Meagan's home to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared place to stay!

Amazing little Cottage

We drove from KC and I was so happy when we got to the cottage. It was beautiful! Not only that but the host was just as great. They thought of everything. Excellent stay! I would definitely recommend.

Perfect little lake house! Husband and our 2 dogs stayed a week at this cute little cottage. It was the most well stocked rental we’ve stayed at and super clean. It had everything you could possibly need, coffee, snacks, seasonings, utensils and cookware, games, beach stuff, and even a bed and toys for the dogs. I spent a lot time reading on the front deck enjoying the view of the lake. We used the fire pit down by the lake almost every evening. Our dogs had a blast and the neighborhood was cute and everyone was friendly. It was my birthday during our stay and I went to downtown Ionia and treated myself to a massage at The Massage Nook - highly recommend! There is also a dog park in downtown Ionia, though not much else to do there. Definitely stop at Pierson Farm market for fruits and veggies. We bought homemade maple syrup and strawberry preserves there too. Piersons has the best apple fritters on Sat & Sun that are HUGE! It was a very relaxing week and we would absolutely stay at this cottage again!

Quiet & cozy

Communication is superb. All the instructions are super helpful, and photos/description of the place is spot on. We really enjoyed being away from city noise. The place is super clean. Plenty of room, perfect for a small family or two couples. Fully stocked kitchen.

Cozy and Quiet

We needed a home base for the weekend while attending a family wedding and the hotels in the area were less than desireable. This cottage, while a bit further from town than we expected, was perfect. Very relaxing atmosphere and the decor was cute. We loved ir!
