Perfect pet friendly beach getaway located right off Ridge Rd., close to restaurants and shopping. This quaint cottage offers all the amenities, with bright, open rooms, perfect for a comfortable vacation. This house has a large screened porch, outside shower and fire pit on the patio.. Linens and towels provided. Please ask about our cancelation policy. 60 day cancellation prior to occupancy date (100% refund minus processing fee, travel insurance and credit card fee's). Pet friendly home $75. (per pet) will be added to your reservation.

Cozy and comfortable

Very neat and clean and lovely decor! Centrally located to everything so that we could go back and forth. Found an additional road to walk the dogs today. Quiet neighborhood and we were able to take advantage of many of the activities even though it is still early in the season.

Josie’s was very clean and beautifully appointed with a very appropriate beach and pony theme! It worked out well for 3 adults and 2 dogs. There were several neighborhood cats that kept the dogs entertained along with an occasional deer and squirrel! Next time I would reserve directly through Harbor Rentals and save a little $$!

The owners also left a cute gift bag including gift cards and a bandanna for our chihuahua! The neighborhood was quiet, we met some nice folks while walking, the location was convenient, and we'll definitely stay here again if we return!

Just ok

The house was fine, clean and well cared for, but the location was pretty bad if you have a dog to walk. We had to drive to a trail twice a day because there was no place to walk her near or around this house.

The only issue we had was that the outdoor shower may need looked at since the flow was very slow, however, that definitely would not deter me from booking again. We were there in the offseason, but the weather was mild and perfect for enjoying the screened porch. Our family loved the swing on the porch. The location was pretty quiet but still an easy bike ride to the beach. The owner left us an incredibly thoughtful care package featuring items from local businesses - which we then went to check out. We had a great week and would go back in a heart beat.

It was clean and welcoming. The owners , Jaye and Jodi, make you feel like family. Josie’s Getaway definitely feels like home! From the well stocked kitchen to the little free library, Josie’s is so stress free. The porch with swing is so charming and our family loves the fire pit. Beach themed with pony books and pictures, this house is a gem! Truly one of the best places to stay on the island! Our family loves and recommends Josie’s Getaway- 100%!
