Charming stand-alone home in the Market District of Statesboro, Georgia. With an enclosed sun room that doubles as an awesome gameroom compete with a pong table and access to the pool, this will be the center of your fun vacation stay. This home is exactly 1.2 miles away from Georgia Southern University. It is perfect for a family or a place for friends to reunite for an Eagles game!

The Space:
Besides the expansive swimming pool and outdoor patio, the house includes a game room/sunroom with a ping pong table. In addition, this house includes, a full laundrey room with washer, dryer, and portable steamer, and a king sized bed and full private bath in the master bedroom.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the Market district, this quiet neighborhood offers a serene backdrop for your stay. And the best part? You are less than 5-minutes from everything, including restaurants, shopping, and convenient grocery stores.

From our driveway it is: 0.5 miles to Walmart Neighborhood Market, 2.8 miles to Publix, 2.8 mile to Bull & Barrel Steakhouse,

Best of all, for all Ga Southern events it is less than 2 miles to any activity on campus 1.6 miles to Paulson Stadium, 1.2 miles to Hanner Fieldhouse, and 1.6 miles to Clements Stadium!

Getting Around:
Our home is conveniently located in town so it will be accessible by Uber and Lyft.

Pool House

Great house and pool. Just wasn’t real clean. Once I called the property manager the pool got cleaned. The house wasn’t real clean. Windows probably hadn’t been cleaned in a year and the floors were extremely dirty. It would have been perfect if it was clean.
