Place as described and pictured. This was our second year in this unit and we have been very happy both times with the location, the amenities available, and the host. The beach is in a more residential area so it is not crowded and this area is beautiful. Highly recommend this place!

This was a perfect fall getaway. The beach never disappoints and the cooler temps in October were delightful. The condo was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

This condos location can’t be beat. Literally steps to the sand and pool. Beach has been refurbished since hurricane and is full of white sand. This condo has very comfortable beds, full kitchen and plenty of towels and beach gear. My wife and I will definitely stay again.

Perfect location…,idyllic really. And then when you need action CWB is 3 miles up the road. The complex is quiet, peaceful, stunning views of the gulf and beach and sky and the grounds are beautiful as well. The sunsets were spectacular. The home is exactly as it shows in the pictures. Pool water was too cold for me but I enjoyed it despite the water temp. Plan to return. Sam was very easy to work with. Thanks Sam!

Best location

Lovely unit, clean and welcoming. The Host was very kind. If you are looking for a close location to the beach this is it. Watching sunsets from beach or back porch just gorgeous.

This beachfront paradise was amazing!!! The home was exceptionally clean, updated and had everything you would possibly need. The pool and private beach were only steps away from your patio. This is a very quiet, small and well maintained complex…perfect for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The owner, Sam, was also exceptionall…..was forthcoming with all information needed for the stay and always informative and prompt in responding. This is by far one of the best vacations our family has ever had and we plan to visit again!!!!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We truly enjoyed our week at this beautiful condo located directly on the beach! The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are super comfy! What makes this condo so special, is that it's just steps away from the beach. Also, this condo is located in a smaller complex which makes for less crowds at the pool and beach. The owner was an absolute joy to work with and very responsive if you need anything during your stay!

Couldn’t say anything better about this condo! The location is phenomenal! Perfect for my small family (myself and two toddlers boys). 17 steps the to pool and 23 steps to the beach. LOVED IT.

Amazing property!

The property is located RIGHT on the beach and next to the pool. The water was crystal clear and not crowded. Sam was very communicative during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I cannot emphasize how amazing the condo was-it was clean, well decorated, and stocked with everything. I can’t wait to go back!

AMAZING! Perfect location. Steps away from the sand. This condo was an absolute dream. Perfectly appointed , You have everything you need. Tons of beach stuff in the closet. Sam is an amazing host. Wow!

We have been visiting Sonrisa for many years and for the last two years have spent a month in this beautiful condo on Belleair Beach. It is furnished to a very high standard with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation and Will and Scott are a phone call away if you have a problem. Right on the beach with views to die for, wonderful restaurants close by its our paradise!

The condo is in a great location. Spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the Gulf and sunsets. Sam was a wonderful host. He reached out a couple times to make sure everything was to our liking and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
