This beautifully furnished, two bedroom, two bath, Gulf-front, ground-floor condominium is located only 200 feet from the Gulf of Mexico in exclusive Belleair Beach. Decorated with a European flair, this condominium has granite countertops. stainless steel appliances. marble floors. and a large wine cooler. The great room view of the Gulf has five large sliding glass doors while the Master bedroom has a two sliding glass door view of the Gulf.

This condominium features a private entrance, two assigned parking spaces, direct access to the Gulf, along with a swimming pool overlooking the Gulf. The unit is fully furnished with king size bed in the Master and twin beds in the second bedroom. Belleair Beach is a residential community on the Gulf of Mexico. It is only 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport. 90 minutes to Disney World and other Orlando attractions.

We are only minutes from world famous Clearwater Beach where you will find restaurants, attractions, cruises, golf, sport fishing, parasailing, sail boat rentals, ski boat rentals, jet skiing, concerts, miniature golf, tennis, and much more. The beauty and serenity of the small complex directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. There is no commercialism or high rise buildings in the Town of Belleair at all, and its white sandy beaches lend to quiet walks along the water.
