We had a great week here and thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness and amenities of the home and its grounds. Its central location is excellent for exploring all of Puglia and it is a short drive to a good highway for that exploring. Lucia was a great hostess!

Wonderful place to stay for a while and perfect for day tripping

Beautiful spot to use as a home base for day tripping around Puglia. Gorgeous grounds and house in a very quiet, peaceful location.

Had an amazing stay at Casa Nidolino. The house is equipped to a high standard and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Loved using the outdoor kitchen with bbq, pizza oven & hob. It was a good location to visit many of the puglian sights and some local beaches. You do need a car.

Most beautiful and so quiet, so relaxing

Everything is perfect about this home. Would highly recommend and offer to answer any questions about our stay. Found the most perfect restaurant in the town of San Vito. DEI normanni. No A/C but oh man homemade Italian food and such a nice family.

A Month Among Olive Groves

My wife and I wanted a longer holiday in Puglia, an area which we had not previously explored. Casa Nidolino perfectly met our needs. It is set in a beautiful garden and has its own small olive grove. It is an attractive well laid out home and is both tastefully appointed and well equipped. The neighbourhood provided many interesting walks through oil groves. Its central location permitted easy drives to historic towns and visits to the coast. Finally, the support provided by both the owner and the local caretaker was highly responsive and made our stay most enjoyable.

Peaceful country retreat

Stayed for two weeks in this cosy house in the countryside. Due to the location, it is peaceful and quiet although San Vito dei Normanni is very close for shopping. The house was clean and also smelled nice and clean. The beds were comfy with good quality mattresses in bedrooms of good size. The kitchen was very well equipped with equipment and utensils. The best part of this property is the outside or summer kitchen. Pizza oven, barbecue area and gas stove, Paradise as far as we were concerned. We enjoyed all of our evening meals there. Even though the neighbours that met us could not speak English, we were greeted with smiles and by two very friendly people. (We use a translation app to communicate and that worked well). Take note that the TV channels were also only in Italian. It did not bother us at all, as we were outside most of the time . We also found the owner a very helpful person. We can’t give this place any higher recommendation than stating we would like to return to repeat a most enjoyable stay.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage.Das Haus wurde in einem sauberen Zustand von Lucia übergeben. Das Auto kann man auf dem sicheren Grundstück parken. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp mit Lucia und dem Eigentümer verlief auch sehr gut. Vier Wochen war unser bester Freund der helle Kater, von dem es jetzt auch ein schönes Foto gibt. Als er merkte das wir wieder abreisen, saß er zweimal auf dem Beifahrersitz unseres Autos. Die Fotos entsprechen dem jetzigen Zustand und wir können uns nur den vielen positiven Bewertungen, die alles wahrheitsgemäß wiedergeben, anschließen. Uns hat es sehr gut in der Casa Nidolino gefallen.

Casa Nidolino è perfetta per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza in totale relax con un bel giardino curato sotto tutti i dettagli. La casa è veramente bella, comoda e funzionale in particolare la cucina esterna con barbecue. Offre diversi spazi dove godersi il relax. Fornita di tutto il necessario, ha oltre al bagno interno una doccia esterna ed un altro bagno sempre esterno comodo per il rientro dal mare. La casa è molto ben costruita e ciò la rende fresca d'estate. Ottima e veramente living l'illuminazione esterna come anche la completa recinzione perimetrale perfetta per chi ha il cane come noi. In ultimo la casa all'accoglienza era pulita a dovere sia dentro che negli spazi esterni grazie a Lucia. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Un véritable coin de paradis. L'extérieur est exceptionnel (cuisinière, barbecue, four a bois, douche, wc).Le propriétaire a pensé à tout pour que l'on soit comme chez soi, il ne manque rien. Et il a aussi a mettre a dispositions parasols, sieges de plage et planche pour enfant pour aller a la mer. Un pur bonheur.Et s'il y a le moindre problème Lucia (voisine) est là pour vous aider.Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir et on espère qu'il y aura bientôt une piscine .

A la découverte des Pouilles

L'emplacement est central pour visiter les principaux lieux de cette région. Nous avions regroupé les villes touristiques à visiter. Nous partions à la journée.Par contre dans l'annonce il était stipulé 2 douches et 2 wc mais en fait la 2eme douche et le 2ème wc sont à l'extérieur ainsi que la pièce pour les machines à laver. Très pratique l'été un peu moins en février!Nous avons été surpris par la fraicheur des températures en Italie du Sud mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de nous promener tous les jours. il fait très frais . Ce n'est pas non plus la saison touristique et beaucoup de choses fermées(boutiques, restaurants inscrits au Routard..). DommageDe bons souvenirs en famille

Wieder wunderbar 👍

Wir waren bereits einmal 2020 im Casa Nidolino und wurden auch dieses Jahr nicht enttäuscht. Haus ist sauber und super ausgestattet… Gastgeber und Betreuung vor Ort lieb, hilfsbereit und super erreichbar. Wir hatten tolle zwei Wochen und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen 👍👍👍

Wunderschöne Ferien

Wir haben wunderschöne Ferien in Ingolfs Haus verlebt. Es ist ein wirkliches Kleinod mit einem wunderschön angelegten Garten, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichet und ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Lucia und Familie, die in der Nähe eine azienda agricola bewirtschaften, standen als Ansprechpartner jederzeit zur Verfügung und haben uns mit kleinen Kostproben ihres Betriebes nett begrüßt. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

Wunderschönes "Casa Nidiolino"

Wir sind nun schon seit 4 Jahren mit unserer Hündin in der Region von San vito die Normani. Das „Casa Nidolino“ hatte alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Lucia, welche das Haus betreut, in typisch italienischer Gastfreundschaft (mit frischen Hühnereiern) herzlich begrüsst. Sie zeigte uns das Haus, übergab die Schlüssel und sagte, bei Fragen oder Problemen, sollen wir einfach zu ihr Kommen. (Sie wohnt 3 min zu Fuss entfernt) Die tadellose Sauberkeit im Haus, wie auch im grossen umzäunten Garten hat uns begeistert. Es fehlte an „nichts“! Die Aussenküche mit Grillstelle lässt jedes Herz höherschlagen, welches gerne im freien Kochen möchte. Alle Geräte wie Waschmaschine, Tumbler, Geschirrwaschmaschine etc. sind im „Top zustand“! Unsere Maremmano Hündin möchte sich auch noch für den grossen Garten, welcher ihr sehr gefallen hatte, bedanken Ingolf der Besitzer von „Casa Nidolino“ war bei Fragen ebenfalls zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Wir wollten im Herbst für 5 Wochen wieder kommen, aber leider ist „Casa Nidolino“ in dieser Zeit schon ausgebucht. Vielen Dank Ingolf, aber vielleicht klappt es im 2025

Urlaub in Apulien

Das Ferienhaus und besonders der Garten war zauberhaft. Unser Hund und auch wir haben uns sehr! wohlgefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist super stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr ruhig. Wir haben geschlafen wie die Murmeltiere. Das Meer (ca. 5km entfernt) und alle sehenswerten Städte sind leicht mit dem Auto erreichbar. San Vito dei Normanni bietet ein gute Infrastruktur bzgl. Einkaufen, Essen gehen usw. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen!

Einfach zauberhaft!

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier goldrichtig. Das Haus sehr geräumig, komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Garten ist üppig grün und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr gefreut hat uns auch die voll ausgestattete Außenküche, hier lässt es sich gut verweilen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer und Lucia (sie ist vor Ort die Ansprechpartnerin) ist herzlich und unkompliziert. Zu unserer großen Freude hatten wir Besuch von einer charmanten Gastkatze. Alles in allem: großartig!

Unvergesslicher Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne, erholsame und unvergessliche Zeit in der Casa Nidolino. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem, was man benötigt, ausgestattet. Dazu gleicht der Garten einem Paradies. Man hat auf dem Grundstück die verschiedensten Möglichkeiten sich aufzuhalten, sei es das Frühstück im Sonnenaufgang, die Mittagsruhe unter dem Sonnendach oder der Sonnenuntergang auf der Dachterrasse bei einem Glas Wein. Das alles in Verbindung inmitten von unzähligen Olivenbäumen, garantiert die volle Entspannung! Der Standort ist perfekt, um Apulien zu entdecken. Von hier aus sind die schönsten Orte Apuliens schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ganz besonders zu erwähnen ist die perfekte Kommunikation mit Ingolf, der jederzeit bei Fragen und Problemen erreichbar ist. Des Weiteren sind die herzlichen Nachbarn Lucia, Angelo sowie Gabriele ebenfalls bei Problemen und Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. Fazit: Man kann es nicht beschreiben, man muss es selbst erleben!!!
