I was told that there was no grill and no beach chairs. An when we got there there was.I had already rented a grill and chairs. That was irritating.We were never given the pool code. I had to text the office and they finally gave it to me.The house was mostly clean, but many floors had not been vacuumed and there was sand on many floors. There was major dust under every bed. once we cleaned the floors , we were comfortable. A board was missing on the upper deck which was not safe. They came and repaired it. Water pressure was weak. The Dryer did not work well.But, overall, we liked the house and enjoyed our stay.

The house was in a perfect location !! The home was overpriced for sure for what we got. We had to supply all of our own handsoaps. Dish soap, laundry soap etc. The bathrooms did not even have a starter hand soap when we arrived. The freezer took two full days to stsrt cooling and the dryer never worked. We called on our first day there to ask about the dryer. Finally 3 full business days later we were contacted by the rental company(not the owner) and they offered a laundry service for the day. The laundry was picked up. Washed and dried and shoved back into our dirty bags we sent it in unfolded. We received sandy wrinkled laundry and ended up just washing and hanging our laundry around the house all week. Definitely a gorgeous location, the beach was perfect. Walking out to the beach every day was perfect. The upstairs master suite was perfect. But the home unfortunately was not worth 1k per night
