We had a blast at this house for spring break! The house was perfect for 4 families. The kids loved their bunk rooms and arcade rooms. The kitchen was huge, location perfect. We loved having 2 laundry rooms and plenty of space. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of towels! The golf cart was a huge plus and made trips to the beach easy! We definitely would book again!

Beautiful and exceptionally clean! Great location to be inā€¦ beach, outlet stores, and plenty of restaurants to eat! My visit felt like being at home. I definitely plan on coming back. This is my second or third staying at High Tide. Love it!

Outstanding for large groups

More than enough room for our group of 24. Super comfy beds and the bathrooms were amazing. Everything you need for a long or short stay, including all kitchen necessities! We will DEFINITELY be back!!!

High Tide Destin vacation

This was a great location for our large extended family vacation. It was an easy walk to the pool and easy drive or walk to the beach. Everything was as listed and check in/out was very simple. We will definitely look into this location again when we come back to Destin.

Great stay

Overall had a great stay . Lots of room for multiple families , lots of bathrooms . Enjoyed the 3 floors for family privacy . The kids loved the bunk rooms and games . Community pool was clean and not to busy . Golf cart was a plus going to the beach as well.

Nice Setup for a Big Group

This is a great neighborhood and the house is well stocked for cooking. The golf cart is perfect for beach trips and the property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with- the best Iā€™ve ever had in a rental. We had a multi generational group on the trip, so bedrooms on all floors helped and all bedrooms have a bathroom. We made many memories during this trip!

Amazing home and great location

If youā€™re looking for a massive house for a large family vacation close to the best beach in the area with all the amenities then this is the one. We had 22 people COMFORTABLY stay in the home. Kids loved the house arcade games and the community pool. Adults loved the space and number of bathrooms. Everyone loved the golf cart to the best beach and location to P Joes. Would highly recommend this rental!

Spring Break 2023

Unit was great and came with all the bells and whistles. The game room was a plus as it rained two nights during our trip. Furniture a little worn but not a deal breaker. Location and golf cart was convenient as well.

Great stay!

When we arrived we couldnā€™t find the cornhole game which weā€™re told would be there. When reached out they had one delivered to us asap. Had an issue with the golf cart and they swapped it out within hours. Fantastic property for a large group - fantastic location- couldnā€™t ask for a more responsive host.

An amazing stay at High Tide!

My stay at High Tide was amazing! Everything was neat and in place. Very accommodating and clean! We especially enjoyed the golf cart rides to the beach at night. The only problem I had was a problem with the golf cart bc it wouldnā€™t charge overnight. The problem was handled quickly. I plan to return again within the year.

Excellent home

The house was beautiful and well equipped. It was more like a 9-10 min walk to the beach (rather than the posted 7) but we mostly did shuttles with the golf cart which was a great bonus. Adding a small air fryer would be a suggestion and a small stick vacuum or dust pan for the daily sand accumulation. We used the broom (already there) and the corner of a box so it worked fine. Overall 5/5 stars!

AMAZING PLACE

I RENTED THE HIGH TIDE HOME FOR A FAMILY VACATION IN MIRAMAR BEACH. THERE WERE 22 RELATIVES ON SITE. THE PLACE WAS AMAZING WITH GREAT ENTERTAINMENT AND GRILLING AMENITIES ALONG WITH EXCELLENT BEDROOMS, BUNK BEDS, GAME ROOM AND SPACIOUS KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM AREAS. THE GOLF CART WAS A WELCOME NECESSITY. MYSELF AND MY FAMILY TOTALLY ENJOY OUR STAY AND LIVING QUARTERS FOR THE WEEK. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIGH TIDE. PS. JUSTIN WAS OUTSTANDING
